The pictures are nothing like the actual hotel. We encountered mould on the toilets, the carpets were stained and dirty, our bed had multiple BIG holes. The curtains were very dusty and was hanging on a rusty and broken rod, the wallpaper was coming off the wall. The windows were not soundproof and we couldn’t sleep at night due to the EXTREMELY loud traffic noise. All furniture had completely stained. The room was not prepared for three people and we were given only one towel. So, we had to request more towels. The air conditioner was very noisy and to make things worse, there was no remote to control it. The reception controlled the air conditioner. We couldn’t even call the reception because there was no phone in the room. So, every time we wanted to increase, decrease or turn it off, we had to go down to the reception. There was no hot water when we arrived at the hotel. The staff were kind and offered us a room change. However, the room had only two small ventilation windows so it felt very enclosed. They were COMPLETELY covered with a thick black layer of dust. It was so bad to the point where chose to stick with our first room. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff. The were kind and friendly and they did their best to help us. But other than that, the hotel was not up the standard of hygiene, sustainability, and safety. This is, without a doubt the WORST hotel I’ve been to. It needs a complete renovation to reach the basic standards of a hotel.
