This property was super clean and located in a wonderful area. We will definitely stay here again and really appreciate how much the owner takes pride in providing a nice, clean place for the customers! Oh and the feral parakeets in the area are a really cool extra.

The owner Marco provided excellent customer service and information. The unit has everything you need including beach chairs & umbrella as well as full kitchen. Only a few minutes walk to the broadwalk and beautiful beach!

What can I say about Laguna Blu. To start the location is excellent not on the beach but a quiet location 1minute walk to the beach. Our host Marco was awesome. He was responsive to all my questions and needs. He also recommended plus on restaurants and night life in the area. We would recommend a stay. We’ll be back soon. Thanks again Marco.

We liked how close we were to the beach. Just a few steps. The room was clean and had everything we needed including beach chairs. The dining options on the Broadwalk weren’t as abundant as we would have liked but that has nothing to do with Laguna Blu. Overall we were satisfied.

The property was in a nice location which I normally stay in. However, this is the first time that I visited this property I liked it because it was small. The unit had everything in it. However, the back door was double locked and I couldn’t exit out the back door so I’d have to walk through The room where my daughter was sleeping to get to the outside and both of the mattresses were horrible. My back hurt every night that I was there.

Absolute perfection!

What a gorgeous setting!! The condo was clean and convenient. Communication was excellent. Parking is close quarters but very convenient. But the view!! Might as well say it is oceanfront because it looks and feels that way!

Very run down. NOT ocean front and very poor ocean view… so poor it should not be allowed to be listed as such. Old and run down. Soft floor, sink was disgusting, we wiped the floor upon arrival and the cloth was BLACK. Beach chairs and umbrella were a plus. Absolutely NOT worth the money! Pictures are very misleading.

Marco was amazing! He responded very quickly. The room was superb. I loved the location. Steps to the beach. Not close yet not far from the bars, restaurants and live band. I preferred that as it was very busy and loud down that way. I will be back. Thank you again!

Dirty worse stay ever

Place was dirty I had to request back cleaning fee. Worse stay ever. Don’t look nothing like the pictures. They were doing construction and it was dusty. It was a waste of my money. The only good thing was the beach is walking distance. I chose ocean view and there were building at the front. Deceiving

Being close to the beach was nice but the rest was very mediocre, felt more like a cabin, the shower was so like a vault, barely enough room to turn around, bottom of toilet was dirty, curtain rod completely. I know it’s a beach apartment but the upkeep could be way better. The parking is extremely tight, 3 cars had to fit bumper to bumper in a row, almost impossible to get out since our space was the furthest from the road. Without notice there was a knock at our door at 9:00 with a remote and all we heard was people walking heavy above us and a party right outside our window (blinds broken) with Hispanic music blaring. I would’ve gladly paid the $40. parking fee instead of the $20. charged here. Didn’t feel clean nor safe at this location. I gave 2 stars for the comfortable bed. (also, roach crawling on the bathroom wall)

Love it. Would come again!

Absolutely the best stay in Miami for a quaint weekend. Parking on site (not needed), walk to beach (a block away), 24hr convenience store nearby, a lot of amenities near and great communication from the owner. We loved it! The bed is absolutely comfortable and has full kitchen, fridge, freezer, microwave - just like a small apartment. It is outdated but it adds to the charm.

I past more then 2 weeks looking for a hotel, and 2 days before my vacations I found this hotel, and it was the best choice, the place is very clean, everything is near by, the parking is very easy, the property has everything you need to feel like a home, and Marco was AMAIZING 🙏 I never have an experience like this before Thank you for making my daughter birthday the best days🙏
