Normandy is in the heart of centro. It's convenience is good. The property is a bit dated but the attention of staff made the stay well deserved. Front Desk was exceptional. Restaurant, housekeeping and room service was excellent. In the night its location can feel a bit deserted but is generally safe. I enjoyed my stay.

Positive: This is a good hotel. The location is excellent. The breakfast is very good with different kind of food. The staff are polite and helpful. The room is spacious and the shower is very good. Negative: It is difficult to watch tv, because the image freezes every minute. We called the front desk and ask them why we were having that problem and they told us they didn't know. We asked them for an extra pillow and they gave it to us the night before we left. The elevator is old and goes down really, really fast. Overall, a good hotel to stay a few nights, but it needs renovations, especially the elevators.

Good value hotel in a central location

Most of the staff were helpful and professional, especially the staff in the restaurant who were friendly. However the first time I checked in the man was very unhelpful and told me there was no booking in my name and tried to sell me a room. I was upset and then he said 'I need your passport'. I told him again I had booked and paid for a room and he seemed to nod and I gave my passport. He had found my booking but didn't tell me or apologise and there was no welcome. The second time I checked in, the woman has welcoming, friendly and professional. She also spoke excellent English.

A equipe é super educada e solícita. A localização é ótima e o chuveiro tb. O ar condicionado é muito velho, então faz muuuitooo barulho. E o elevador realmente é um problema, já que são 16 andares só com um elevador funcionando. Vc fica muuuuito tempo esperando até conseguir descer ou subir.

Minha estadia no Normandy Hotel teve pontos positivos e negativos. O destaque vai para a localização excelente e para os atendentes, que são muito educados e prestativos. O café da manhã também conta com ótimas opções, porém, como o hotel estava muito cheio, alguns itens acabavam e não eram repostos. Infelizmente, a experiência no quarto foi prejudicada: Enxoval: As toalhas são extremamente finas, com aspecto de muito antigas e gastas pelo tempo de uso. Além disso, apresentavam um cheiro estranho e desagradável. Os travesseiros também são muito finos e desconfortáveis. Climatização: O ar-condicionado do quarto não gelava adequadamente. Elevadores: Com o hotel lotado na alta temporada, apenas um elevador estava funcionando, o que tornou o deslocamento muito lento. Horários: O horário de check-in é muito tarde e o de check-out é muito cedo, o que encurta bastante a permanência. O hotel tem potencial pelo serviço da equipe, mas precisa investir urgentemente na renovação das toalhas e na manutenção dos equipamentos para receber bem os hóspedes em épocas de grande movimento.
