I didn't have luck for choosing this hotel. Unfortunately was a really sad experience for me and my family. I have 03 points to talk about:
- The rooms have a lack of maintenance and the furniture is old and damaged.
- The restaurant staff had errors with us due to fly in our soup and never offered "I am sorry"
- The restaurant forgot my order and I was waiting for more than 40 mins, I called to waiter for cancelling my order and it arrived in less than 5 minutes, I didn't receive a "Sorry" from the staff.
- I received at night a call in my room, telling me that I didn't pay the bill, I had paid, they told me to show the receipt at restaurant, so I had to leave my room at night, go to the restaurant and show the receipt and card transaction, but was not my fault, the real reason is that they had forgotten include some item in the bill and they wanted I pay for it (is ok I am not refusing to pay, but is an error by their side) I had all this embarrassment and one more time, I never received a "Sorry".
Definitely, the next time I travel to Pukhet I will not choose AoChalong.
I hope they have success and treat better the tourists.
