Excellent Service, But Mold Everywhere!
First room assigned had mold all around the entrance to the bathroom. Went down to the front desk and they were very, very apologetic about it. Despite the hotel being fully booked they were able to assign me a second room. Unfortunately, the second room also had a little mold around the aircon vent and inside the bathroom. It was the only alternative available, so I just had to deal with it.
Aside from the mold problem, everything else was fine. I don't care at all whether a facility is old or not, but I draw the line at hygiene and cleanliness. I would have only given 1 star due to the mold problem, but since the staff were very accommodating and helpful I'm bumping it up to 2 stars. If cleanliness and mold doesn't really bother you, this hotel is actually a good deal due to good location and reasonable pricing. However, if mold bothers you then I would suggest you find a different hotel.
