The lobby is very nice and then u get to the room and it’s the biggest catfish of ur life. the bathroom was pretty gross. the blankets were so itchy that i acc got a rash on my neck. we asked for a towel and we had to beg for an extra towel. we went down for check out and there was a big line. we wanted to put our baggage away the last day so we can walk around but it’s just a free for all, hotel guests just going in and out no organization and anyone can just steal ur bag that way. the cleaning lady was also rude. just all together a pretty meh experience. would recommend one not staying in palma and two just going to a hotel where u know what ur going to get!

Lovely Hotel, good facilities amazing breakfast till 13:30. However the alarm goes off Many times as some people smoke in the bedrooms and we was at the 3• floor so I always went down just for safety, I didn’t relax properly as the alarm even went off at 6 o’clock in the morning and I had to wake my daughter and go downstairs. I talked to reception and He said he couldn’t do nothing.

I read the reviews and thought this would be a great place to rest before flying out of Majorca. The property is a frat house of young drunks that progressively get more rude and disgusting as they are drinking on vacation with no accountability. Drunks pick fights with working people in the street and treat businesses like they own them with no respect. The hotel staff is so lovely and helpful. The hotel is a barracks and the room was downright gross with hair on everything, residue of barf around the toilet bowl and in the shower. The soap dispenser was broken and the soap sat on the floor. The bed cover was crap brown with crusty white dried stuff on it. Disgusting.

Staff was lovely but cleaners missed our room twice. There were cobwebs on the ceiling. Had to ask for towels also toiletseat was broken. Breakfast timing and choice of food was excellent. Over all good value for money

Very great . 👍 When i checked in , i saw the window was broken but i showed it to the employee and they been very helpful. I mean its not a big deal , especially since the room was always clean , the brunch was amazing and the stuff have been very helpful. I would definitely recommend this place for your next trip in Mallorca. You wont need a taxi from the airport as well. Its easy to get there via bus .

Nice hotel near the beach, food very varied and tasty. However, I did not like the double beds, which turned out to be joined together, which is unacceptable for couples. Hotel internet access almost impossible. Limited drinks on all inclusive purchase

The bin on the toilet was not emptied andwas full of previous guests used hygiene-products. The elvators were terrifying to ride, and it took 40 minutes to check it with only one guest ahead of us in line. Sitting at the bar I waited 20 minutes to get served, when I finally got ahold of the people who were working there they told me they were getting ready for a new shift and it would be at least another 20 minutes before I could be served. They had seen me sit there for 20 minutes and never thought to tell me that it would be a while. Terrible service - let people know what's going on.

We checked in to this property and were impressed with the main level amenities. It is budget and gives hostel vibes, but the renovations are well done. We checked into a room on the 7th floor. It was very small and there was feces left on the toilet seat and gunk on the side of the sink. We cleaned it off ourselves without letting the staff know. Our room was located right across from the elevator, which was broken. And not broken like it was not functioning - they still have the elevator in service but it made a terrible sound, similar to a drill. We were asleep by 10pm due to jet lag and the elevator woke me up through ear plugs. It kept going to the point where we went down to the front desk to request a new room as we were staying for an extra 8 nights. The staff member was dismissive, and said "oh ya, the elevator company won't come to fix it." They were well aware that the elevator was making the noise and was broken but still didn't put it out of service, and placed us in a room right outside. We were relocated to a new room on the 5th floor, and packed up our things at midnight. Once we got to our room, the walls are so thin that we could hear the entire conversation in the room right beside us. To the point where we contacted Expedia with our disappointment. Expedia contacts were all so kind and helpful, we are so grateful for their support. Overall - if you're in S'Arenal for a party / don't plan to be in the hotel, you should be fine. If not, do not book here.

First of all I must confess that I was not sure to book this hotel when I read the google/Expedia reviews, since there were many negatives. After staying 8 nights I can summarize my points as following: Food was great, there were many options to choose from. Menu won't get repeated even if you stay there for 8 days. I would definitely recommend you to get All Inclusive here. Service was very professional. You can easily feel that it's not at all an ordinary 3 star hotel. e.g the rooms get cleaned every day!! Staff were professional, nice and helpful. You could read in their eyes that they are happy helping you and doing what they are doing. They work great as a team. Bar is open from 11 to 23 and you can get Soft drinks and coffee for free. Beer and Wine are served at lunch and dinner, 3 per person which is more than enough. - Wifi is the only downside of this hotel which is really weak inside the rooms and my suggestion to the manager is that it can be fixed easily with very low cost. About the false reviews I need to correct them: There isn’t enough elevator: There are 4 elevators in this hotel which is more than enough Waiting queue for lunch/dinner: I didn’t observe that in my stay. The staff will prepare the emptied tables very quickly. The hotel is hard to reach: This one was the worst of them. It is right in front of the bus station which goes to Mallorca and Airport. Pour un trois etoiles , il est correct!

Petit dejeuner est un brunch de 8h à 13h. Il ouvrirait 30 min avant serait parfait, car 8h cest l'heure quil faut partir quand nous avons des excursions de prevu, donc pas le temps de dejeuner. Buffet au top beaucoup de choix que se soit sucré ou salé. Les chambres font vieillottes avec du marron partout. Nous avions eu deux lits 1 place ce quil ne pose pas de probleme en soit sauf quils n'étaient pas à la meme hauteur, donc pas super en couple. Le menage est fait tous les jours, hotel propre et chambre aussi et personnel sympathique aussi bien a la reception que dans l'hotel. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine deja a cette epoque, elle n'est pas très chaude et en plus a 18h elle est deja fermé, ce qui me parait tot. Le wifi de l'hotel vraiment pas terrible quand on arrivait a en avoir! Mais pour 1 trois etoiles je trouve qu'il est bien.

Super hôtel mais ménage des chambres bâclé!

Super bien placé et personnels au top, les salons d’accueil sont jolis et intimistes, la piscine et salle de sport très sympa, le brunch entre 8h et 13h30 est bon et très généreux. Malheureusement, le ménage des chambres est bâclé ! Cheveux sur le coin de la baignoire, poubelles de salle de bain non vidé, verres à dents sales et poussières sous le lit ! Invasion de vers d’argent la nuit … Même avec le meilleur des services, c’est un point extrêmement important. Dommage pour la piscine ouverte seulement de 10h à 18h (heures où l’on préfère profiter de la plage) et les gens malveillants qui parlent fort et tambourinent aux portes à 4h du matin… Le bon rattrape un peu le mauvais mais niveau rapport qualité prix, je trouve que 100 euros la nuit est trop onéreux !!

Einfach gut

Es ist ein recht großes Hotel was etwas abseits liegt ... Preislich kann man nicht meckern ...Zimmer sind etwas veraltet aber ordentlich... Leider muss man den Safe bezahlen sowas sollte incl sein .... Frühstück/ Mittag ist super endlich mal wo man viel viel Zeit hat ... die Lobby und der Pool Bereich ist einfach nur super ...Alles in allen Empfehlenswert wenn man gerne viel läuft oder das Geld ausgibt für ein Taxi

The hotel was really nice, the brunch buffet has lots of options, food was tasty and was close to the beach. I would recommend this hotel and also come back for sure. Just one thing botthered me, there was no water to refil your bottles after breakfast was closed, what was not nice since was over 36 degrees, and according to the staff, you cant drink tap water. Overall, was a good time.

Good hotel if you want to party, but if you aren’t 18 years old then don’t stay here. The rooms are subpar, didn’t feel clean, and we were kept up all night by people screaming in the hallways and outside. Breakfast was ok but had a lot of options. Staff checking us in were very good - friendly and accommodating.
