Hotel is great, staff super friendly. However the walls are too thin and the guests can be really loud, even beyond midnight, which is particularly annoying when you have a tour starting at 7:00am the next morning

Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff

Beautiful hotel, great location but what really made our stay exceptional was the staff. Every member of the team, from the cleaners to the managers were very professional and friendly. In particular, we would like to mention the bellhop Alexandre, who was so genuinely helpful and friendly, it really made it feel welcoming returning to the hotel every day.

I showed my 5 nights reservation and the door was unlocked. Just to find our room that had not been clean. Very stressful situation. We asked for clean towels. Mistakes like this should not happen in a 5 star hotel. Asked for a drink and they had already closed the bar? At 9:00 pm?. Will not stay there again.
