We stayed for four days while visiting Disney World. We loved the breakfast and the pool. The staff were all very nice and hard working people. The beds were comfortable and the AC was cold. We didn’t like the plumbing. Our shower drain was very slow to drain and our toilet clogged. They had no plunger on property and we had to use the bathroom in the lobby for a while before a technician could come to fix it the next day. Fortunately the clog resolved itself but left us scared to use the toilet. Our room was missing a remote control to the tv. They advertise free shuttles to the parks but it’s only two of four parks and only at very specific times that are late morning and early lunch times. Can’t rope drop the parks. Don’t plan on using the shuttles. We stayed with our older kids and generally had a good stay.

The staff was pleasant, the breakfast was edible (not much more), and the state of the rooms is deceiving. It looks nice but there was dirt all over the floor, the sheets were dirty, the bed was so old that you could see the dents in the mattress. The only redeeming part of this stay was the location. We won't be back.
