From An amazing fast AirPort private taxi pick up then straight to hotel , to an a great balcony giza PIRAMIDS viewing , the room was perfect in all aspects , hotel is being build 3 months. Ago so all brand new , big side also the balcony and shower toilet , all delicate decorates with proper mirrors and lighting . Staff from reception to top roof were always there to help , give you anything you need

This place is definitely not a 5 star hotel, the rooms are simple but clean, the food (breakfast) is simple but enough, but they have other qualities which you cannot find in luxury places, such as the friendly and very helpful staff and hotel owners. They are there for everything you need. On a side note, waking up to the view of pyramids at your window is priceless. We would like to thank the hotel owners, the staff and our guide Mr. Tarek for everything. If we ever go to Cairo again, this will be our first choice to stay.

I had the most amazing time during my 6 day stay! Ashraf was such a great host and was kind enough to greet me upon arrival and gave me a tour. The hotel is absolutely gorgeous from top to bottom! Breakfast on the rooftop was fantastic with an incredible view and the staff was so kind, helpful and welcoming. Even when it was time to checkout, the entire staff came to say goodbye and I've never been so sad to leave a place that felt like home and family. This was my first stay in Egypt and my first international trip and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. If you are looking for a hotel in Giza, this is the place!!!

The location is great and usually calm (besides on New Year's Eve), the rooms are fine as well. However, we had to ask for towels multiple times and breakfast wasn't ready at 8am (as confirmed before) but took half an hour. The service could definitely be improved!

A really terrible hotel. The internet barely works, it’s up for 10 minutes, then down for five. Unbelievable in 2026. When you tell the staff the internet isn’t working, they promise to fix it, but they just lie to your face. The problem remained the entire week we stayed there. Staff who lie. No cleaning during the whole week. Cold breakfast. Cold eggs. Cold scrambled eggs. But the coffee was good. Choose another hotel, there are places with a better view too.

O hotel fica em uma rua estreita, pessoas fica assediando para você comprar, insistente em toda Gize, pegamos um quarto bom, com vista para piramides muito legal, era a melhor parte do hotel, o café muito fraco. Gize é lixo por toda parte, só devem ficar um dia, no máximo 2 dias, os outros dias fique no Cairo!

위치 좋고 루프탑 뷰 좋움 직원 친절하고 온수 잘나오고 방 깨끗하고 지은지 얼마 안돼서 좋은데 열쇠 불편 테라스는 뷰 없다고 보면 됨 다 좋은데 문제가 인터넷 좀 느린거랑 음식 여기서 하는 게 아니고 식당에서 배달 시키는 거 같은데 라마단임을 가만해도 너무 느림 9시 좀 넘어서 시켰는데 11시 30분에 받음 ㅋㅋㅋ 저녁에 기다리다 자버려서 아침에 먹음 조식도 무료지만 리뷰보니 느리다는 거 봐서 똑같을 거 같아 걍 일정 나감 아침에 사진 찍으려고 루프탑 가보니 준비 없는 걸로 보아 조식 먹고 나가면 일정 다 밀릴 거임
