Even though booked was told many people lost money and fraud by someone and stuck on streets in night time had to book another hotel and pay for it and Expedia being big co who makes money due to us customers booking and from hotels commission as they get Busines from people who book hotels hasn’t helped and refunded my money or credit most good sites will do Expedia and hotels group won’t help and lie they spoke to property and no refunds when this hotel ended their contract with hotels and Expedia in 2022 was told by owner and his son so Expedia and hotels com make money from both sides so don’t take ads off and ripping customers and after paying again people have to buy new hotel rooms to stay
