When we arrived at the Beachcroft we discovered that our twin bedded room was on the first floor.
I made a request to change the room to one on the ground floor. The staff set to and prepared a ground floor room and arranged it as twin beds. This was achieved within 10 minutes of my request which I thought was excellent service.
We booked a table for dinner and were very impressed not only with the menu but with the level of service which was first class. We took dinner on the second night and were once again given a high level of service.
We would like to thank all of the staff for the service that we received. A very efficient hotel. We will definitely return and will pass on our experience to friends and family.
