Good hotel, rooms are clean and comfortable, the spa is the star of the show. Parking is great onsite, but please note you will have to enter a car lift so drive your car in. Once you have parked it’s recommended to walk to the main attractions, Overall very positive stay, would stay again

Standard room for a long weekend

Room was tiny. Cupboard mirror door fell off it's runner nearly falling on my partner Shelf on top of fridge become very hot as it was placed directly on the fridge giving no ventilation Not given any details on arrival. Had to ask about breakfast and checkout Spa closed on Mondays! No swimming pool in a spa hotel!! 18€ \ night parking, very tight spaces and even driving around the carpark as car cramped in every corner. It took several shunts to park. The hotel is tired and showing its age. Breakfast was ok and staff were pleasant.

Bonjour, accueil excellent, malgré la barrière de la langue car le personnel ne parlait pas le français à une exception près, celui-ci a été très professionnel et très accueillant. L’hôtel dans son ensemble est de très belles qualités et est extrêmement bien situé dans Grenade. Établissement que je recommande bien évidemment. Le spa a été le petit plus dans mon séjour. Si je devais retourner demain à Grenade je n’hésiterai pas une seconde et je reprendrais cet établissement. Bien à vous.

a notre arrivé le premier jour vers 12h très bon accueil, mais on nous prévient qu' il n y a pas d eau jusqu a 17H , en revenant de visiter ma première douche a 18h30 était froide . et le 3 eme jour on avait aussi un mot sous notre porte comme quoi on avait une coupure d eau toute la journées. hotel vieillissant qui est resté dans les années 80 en décoration personnels gentils.

Hotel bom, mas o quarto era muito pequeno, sem sequer uma cadeira. A área social de jacuzzis é de outra propriedade, devendo-se pagar para acessá-la.

Hotel pésima pero Spa increíble. Solo vale el spa.

Una habitación super pequeña, mucho olor a cloro del spa. Un bufet inexistentes, con los 16 euros por persona desayuno 4 veces en una cafetería. Pienso que solo merece la pena los tratamientos del spa, que las chicas son muy profesionales, simpaticas y muy atentas. Sigo esperando contestación del hotel, ya que me tuve que ir un dia antes por temas médicos. Y que casualidad que todas las noches me costarosn 67 euros y esa noche 160 euros, por ser San Valentín. Por desgracia y por una perdida muy grande de mi padre no me fijo en las fechas, solo queria ir a relajarme al spa. Pues ni me han devuelto la mitad, ni ningun beneficio ni nada. Y encima el hotel solo te manda a la aplicacion donde saqué la reserva. Aplicación la cual no vuelvo a usar por un trato tan dejado. Volveré al spa, pero me alojaré en otro hotel ya que las 4 estrellas de éste son por poner. Yo le doy dos y muy generosa soy. Decepcionada con el hotel y encantada con el Spa.

De 4 estrellas NADA

Hotel de 4 estrellas que bien podria ser de 3, al no ser por el Spa. El primer y segundo día han puesto el papel higienico usado casi sin nada. El segundo día no han cambiado las toallas de mano a pesar de dejarlas en la bañera. En la madrugada se sentía escándalo y puertas tiradas. En la hab 311 la puerta que separa una hab de la otra (contigua) no tiene cerradura que funcione y han puesto un colchon de espuma. Es la 2da vez que me hospedo allí en 1 año y ahora peor. Está bien ubicado en relación al transporte publico y al de Sierra Nevada ( en frente). Agua de cortesía la primera noche.

This hotel was quite lovely! The breakfast buffet was excellent! Finding the street and entrance to the front door was hard because google maps says you are there...but you are on the main drag still...so don't plug in the address on the website. But it is a lovely hotel and i would stay there again.
