Thank you all so so much for a relaxing and peaceful stay! All the workers were so kind and caring. The bartender upstairs, Rajeesh, was beyond amazing as well! The breakfast buffet was so good and had a huge selection from American to Indian cuisine, even served real bacon!!! I didnt feel well one day, and they came to my door just to check in and make sure I was doing okay. I have been traveling as a younger solo female throughout India for about a month now, and this was the first place so far where I felt a sense of home and belonging. Thank you all so so much!

Stayed for two weeks. Place has a fabulous breakfast buffet. Five states special dinner was also very good. Took the hotel car out most days for work. Mahipal, the most experienced driver was wonderful and knew Delhi inside out. Big room safe could hold all my valuables safely. Housekeeping & laundry were excellent. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.

Day 1 Shower issue from hand to ceiling function resulting in struggle early morning , Sink drainage too slow , Hot Water plate base dirty, toilet too small for a grown man resulting in spraying myself all over my pants and taking another shower. No scribble pads in room to write notes. Day 2 Breakfast time Tea not good Day 3 I have to call several times to the Night Manager for the noise coming from upstairs, hence no sleep all night before I take a 2 long flight to US.

Breakfast was excellent as always with many choices and Kavita and Upendar very helpful. Mahipal helped us with transportation, driving 600 kms in 5 days to get us everywhere we wanted. The Lift's were broken way too many times. Card/Key just randomly stopped working. Security guard at the entry was the nicest of all of the staff members. Some Staff Members weren't able to speak the english language. So a bit difficult for international/business travelers. But there was a solution in time to every problem at least

We usually stay in the centre of Delhi, but as we wanted to be close to a wedding venue, we stayed here for the first time. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was delicious. Walking distance from couple of malls which is very convenient. Shoppers Stop is next to the hotel, which was helpful for me for some urgent shopping for the wedding. The staff at the saloon and spa were excellent.
