About 20 minute walk from Shinjuku station. Very quiet area, with a nearby 24 hour supermarket, restaurants, cafe and attached to a McDonalds. Rooms are quite spacious for Tokyo with high ceilings, washing machine and a comfortable bed.

Location is excellent but that’s just about the only thing good. We chose this because it had a washer dryer. We could’ve overlooked the cramped room but the no housekeeping thing is terrible. And even when we asked for limited housekeeping, the trash basket was left in the middle of the bathroom after being emptied and they didn’t take the other trash that was near the basket either. We stayed for 6 nights and struggled with trash and towels. Will not stay here again.

This was a last minute booking when the ryokan my friend and I had booked had zero staff and no way for us to get in. We weren’t there long but it ended up being respite in a night of disaster. Plus, there was a washing machine in the room which was super handy.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful. The hotel had great amenities and I enjoyed the breakfast in the morning. The area was also a great location. Easy access to the trains took us everywhere we needed to go. Would recommend to anyone staying in Tokyo.
