This spot is 10 min walk from parking/train station, and easy to walk to busier areas. It’s away from all the large crowds of San Marco, a more calmer, locals vibe instead but still active. Super clean, friendly staff, clean rooms, and great breakfast!

Great new hotel in Venice

Don't t be put off by the limited reviews the place is new and a great place to stay! The room was nice and modern with USB charging. The staff were friendly and gave us some good tips on how best to spend our limited time within Venice. Breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet selection, good coffee made to order as well as made to order food. We both particularly enjoyed the pancakes.

Had a great rest for overnight stay with comfy bed. Beautifully designed room and bathroom. Great breakfast with freshly squeezed juices. AC equipped. Outdoor sitting area still under construction therefore weren’t able to use but indoor dining area was lovely.

The Best Breakfast and Perfect Stay

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, everything was spotlessly clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and welcoming. The property feels fresh and new, which made the stay even more comfortable. The absolute highlight was the breakfast – honestly the best I’ve ever had in an Italian hotel. Everything was prepared on the spot by a very kind lady, who immediately refilled the plates and made sure nothing was missing. All the food was made from natural, fresh ingredients, and you could really taste the quality. Highly recommended – I would definitely stay here again!

La peor estadia que he tenido en años sumada a la pésima atencion, desde que en mi habitacion en baño no s limpio correctamente ya que habia basura no retirada, hasta dormir a 30 grados porque no les importo que la calefaccion estaba malograda, no tiene recepcion 24 hrs asi q si necesitas algo no hay quien te ayude, cuando reclame por la mañana me indicaron que el administrador estaba durmiendo (10 am), cero mabilidad no les recomiendo jamas quedarse en un lugar asi, desayuno muy basico y personal que ni se hacerca a tu mesa a ofrecerte las bebidas, de verdad una pena y una estadia fatal

Nous avons été très bien accueillis et par chance par une personne qui parlait français. Nous avions réservé une chambre avec vue sur le canal et nous avons eu une suite. L’hôtel est très bien situé : au calme et près de sites touristiques. Le petit déjeuner était excellent. Pour résumer tout était parfait.
