Nice hotel, comfortable, and just a 15 min. shuttle ride to the airport. A little hard to find - thank goodness for gps. Room 304 has an odd plumbing issue. If someone is using the shower, only hot water is available at the sink! Otherwise the sink water operates normally.

Property is great, location is good. However, day after checked out they took money from my bank account worth £873.19 and I am not aware of this. I have contacted the property as I am back in my country already. I paid the property booking via Expedia in full. So, I was so shocked with this charges and I don't know what this for. Llegamos tarde al aeropuerto (cerca de las 23h). El Hotel yo no podia ofrecer el servicio del Shuttle por lo que tomamos Taxi. El chofer estaba molesto porque el viaje no era largo y según el, no podía ganar el suficiente dinero con este corto viaje (nos cobro 30 Euros), o sea, hay que tratar de llegar en horarios mas tempranos para evitar el Taxi.y poder llegar al Hotl (en caso de no disponer de un auto) El Personal del Hotel muy atento

Standard airport hotel where it would not be nice to spend more than one night before a flight, hotel is worn and over priced. Biggest issue is that room was like a sauna and was almost 27 degrees. When mentioned to reception they advised they know the AC doesn’t work well and open the window, which led to mosquitos and not a lot of cooling. Poor from hotel management to continue to charge high rates and not investing in refreshing the hotel/repairing faulty AC.

As a international Flight attendant of 26 years I have extensive experience with Hotels. I only can say CUDOS to the NH staff and the hotel. They offered amenities that sometimes a Hilton or Marriott would not offer. The room was very clean, modern, quiet and that for a extremely reasonable price. I definitely would stay there again.

Das Hotel nutze ich seit Jahren immer wieder für Aufenthalte im Stuttgarter raum. Leider hat der Zustand der Zimmer stark abgebaut. Es scheint, als hätte man die Zimmer länger nicht rennoviert - das Hotel ist ja nun fast 20 Jahre alt. Im ersten Zimmer war nur sporadisch warmes Wasser. Auf unsere Beschwerde rat uns die Rezeption nur das Wasser mind. 5, besser 10 Minuten laufen zu lassen. Dann käme schon was. Den ersten Abend haben wir kalt geduscht. In der früh musste ich beim Kunden duschen. Wir haben dann mit starkem Protest die Rezeption dazu bewegen können, sich des Problems anzunehmen. Es werde geprüft, ob die Reinigungskraft das Problem lösen könne. Das ist nicht erfolgt und nur auf erneute Rückfrage wurde das Zimmer getauscht. Dafür gab es dann zwei Gutscheine für einen Wein oder einen Softdrink. Das war leider ein Reinfall dieses mal.
