The Anchor Inn

The Anchor Inn is conveniently located to the beach, shops and restaurants. The owners are great, friendly, accommodating and helpful. The homemade breakfast was delicious. We enjoyed the our stay and would certainly stay again.

This was one of our best stays anywhere in the US. The owners have put a lot of love and care in every room ( which has a personality of its own). The owners cooked Breakfast for us that was delicious and also respectful of our dietary preferences. They have plenty of towels available. And in case the above did not convey it, it blows the experience in any other hotel (e.g. Marriott) out of the water.

This is a great alternative to a standard hotel stay. I was in New Smyrna Beach for business, and I enjoyed the different experience. Tommy's breakfasts were amazing, he accommodated my early morning schedule, and I enjoyed the stay for a different experience.

Lyz and Tommy made our stay feel like home. The breakfast was outstanding and definitely cooked from the heart. The room was clean. The location was excellent. I would definitely stay here again. The property was perfect for our stay. The food was fantastic! The room did get a little warm at night due to sharing a thermostat with other rooms but extra fans were provided to help. The room was good size and the bathroom was very large. Very clean property and friendly owners!

Beautiful property. Walking distance to historic downtown. Very comfortable with several areas to sit outside and relax. Breakfast was homemade and delicious every morning. Even adjusted to our dietary needs. Housekeeping is only when you checkout and that was a little different for us. Also limited ice if that's important to you. Close to the beach, just over the causeway.Would definitely go back.

A place to feel at home while away...

It had been a while since my wife and I had stayed at a B&B, so we were looking forward to a change of pace from staying at a hotel during our Thanksgiving weekend away. During our stay, we got to spend time with the owners, Tommie and Liz, as well as others who were staying there during our 3 days. We had a contact free check in, a comfortable room, great breakfasts each morning (including accommodating my preferences one morning in particular). I appreciated feeling like I was truly being cared for as a person during our time there. I felt very much at home among friends by the time we left. THANK YOU for making our time away a special one!
