交通方便，設備精簡

離礁溪轉運站很近，礁溪主要美食區也可步行抵達。房間內設備有點陽春，但浴缸很大。雖說是溫泉旅館，但泡完湯沒什麼感覺，而且浴缸的熱水若轉到最熱，出來的水是黃的，且有雜質。本來以為近鐵軌會被火車吵到，沒想到最吵的還是隔壁房客。從房卡可看出飯店至易手三次的痕跡。
