Rooms were pretty clean. Didn’t have toilet paper, but went to front desk to get. Walls are paper thin and we could hear everything the family above us was saying and doing. Nothing earplugs can’t fix. Really nice area.

Nice clean hotel in a quiet area

This is a very nice hotel and despite being next to an airport, it’s a very quiet area. Our rooms were clean. The check-in was fast. The staff was friendly. Only disappointment. Was they really packed up breakfast at 9:30 AM on the dot I came down at 9:45 and it was gone. I wish they would have left out some coffee or juice.

No one is at the front desk. No one there when I checked in or anytime I entered or left the building. In the office behind the desk laughing and talking. When I'd ring the bell it would take 30 seconds to come out.

Breakfast? Granola bars and fruit doesn’t equate to “breakfast included”. Got there to check in and was informed that the elevator was down the for the weekend and we were already assigned to a room on the 3rd floor. Was told that there was no way to change and no willing to work won’t the price. The manager “just left for the weekend”. What a way to manage your property. Leave at 3pm, when guests start checking in and leave it to your brand new staff to take the heat with their hands tied. I’d never recommend a place that the managers don’t back up their staff or help out.

I booked and paid for the room prior to my flight to Arizona from out of state. Upon arrival, I was told the hotel was overbooked and I was out of luck. This resulted in me scrambling to find a hotel at midnight paying almost double what I had paid for that room. Not a great way to start my vacation for my son's wedding.

No hair dryer or Keurig (or other coffee maker) in the room. Front desk said "only have a few hair dryers and loan on first come first serve basis. Sorry, none available". Only one bath towel and one hand towel in room (but two bath mats!!). No coffee available in lobby for early check out. If you serve guests going to airport, only 15 minutes drive away, you should expect to have people leaving early. Room was very plain Jane, stark appearance. Bed mattress was on a steel frame reminiscent of a fold out sofa. Lots of noise from people talking in hallway and lots of doors slamming as we trying to prepare for sleep (at 10:30pm). Overall, very disappointing 1st time stay at an Extended Stay. It is also our last stay at your chain.
