The room was very small, no closet to hang your belongings, no desk, no chair, no counter to place your belongings, no iron and board, no hair dryer, the staff on my floor was cleaning at 1 and 2 am and you constantly hearing booming noise from the door opening and closing, the front dest had 1 clerk ( although he was very nice) on duty behind a big partition glass like a sleazy hotel. A couple was loud talking for over an hour at 1.30 am. Fortunately I lived in NYC for 40+ years and know it like the back of my hand, and I gave this hotel a try because it is brand new and the area is constantly being rebuilt, however I definitely would not recommend this hotel for anyone traveling from out of town.
