I recommend this hotel because it is conveniently located near the Clock Tower and Getsemaní. It is also very clean and comfortable. The only thing I found less impressive was the breakfast. Other than that, it’s definitely worth recommending!

The hotel is in floor 5 of the building, it’s pretty new, room is very big, super clean, beautiful and modern. The view is incredible beautiful, in one side you have the clock tower and fortress wall and in the other side the bay decks with all the boats. Location is super convenient, all the tours we made we walk to the meeting point. You only need to cross the street and everything is there, food, souvenirs, all historic town. Breakfast is simple but for us was good enough and the man serving is very attentive. It was a great experience and I definitely recommend the hotel.

it’s perfect for a few days it’s clean and the rooms are a good size. but there was nothing in the room extra like shower cap etc the staff was warm and friendly and tried to make my stay comfortable. it is not luxury or 5 star in the least way id say its a 3-4 star at the most.

Stayed for a couple days visiting Cartagena solo. This has more of a bed and breakfast feel than a true hotel. Building is secure and in an excellent location—had a perfect view of the Clock Tower from my balcony. Room is spacious and bed is very comfortable. Staff are friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that I like to sleep in on vacation, and breakfast service was right outside my door and can be a little loud. Non-issue for anyone up earlier than me :)

This is an amazing hotel boutique! Nestled right in front of the walled city, it’s the perfect location for access to great restaurants, tourists sites and even the port to take you to several islands. The staff are all very helpful and nice and the building is extremely safe with security personnel and cameras all around. It is a little noisy considering how central it is but it’s not bad. I would recommend this as a great place to stay for your next trip to Cartagena.

Beautiful building, kind helpful staff

This hotel is beautiful but has its problems, first there is no sign on the building, nobody can find it. The second is the dining area, only capable of accommodating six or eight people. The last is the visitor policy is unfortunate and forced me to leave to find a new place to stay during my trip. My reservation was made for two people , and the second person was not allowed to stay in my accommodations, based on that I had to leave and find a new location to stay.

Breakfast was “included”, but the only options were fruits, coffee and cereals, very limited bread as well. No eggs, no cheese. They call it “continental” breakfast, it is a lot less than that. Only two tables and the space is very reduced. Safe box i. The room can be reset by clicking 0 several times, no safety if the our belongings. Rooms are new and with plenty of space, but that is all you get, a nice room and bathroom.
