No elevator, rude staff, had to beg for water. Inconvenient and extremely small room made me feel I was sleeping in the bathroom with was right next to me. I want my money back.

Small hotel located near the Colonia Americana. At night they close the gate. You'll have to press the switch to speak to the receptionist to open the gate. Sometimes they take a while to answer and open the gate. It can be a bit annoying.

The staff are really sweet and friendly and accommodating, the pool is awesome and the building is great, the location is beyond perfect. However, the rooms are nice looking but not well maintained, things were falling off the walls, the water faucets broken, the hot water does not happen, and the worst for me was the bed sheets, pure polyester, gave me a rash. I strongly suggest they switch to cotton, and with a few minor repairs, the place would get 5 stars. So much potential!

Parecía que alguien había estado en la habitación.

Al parecer usaron la habitación y no la asearon, olía raro; así nos la dieron. La experiencia más desagradable. El check in más lento, estuvimos como 20 minutos esperando a hacerlo y nosotros super cansados del viaje; solo tenían a 1 persona atendiéndonos a nosotros y a otra pareja. No recomiendo este hotel.

NO SE PUEDE DORMIR EN ESTE HOTEL

NO SE PUEDE DORMIR AQUÍ, se escucha TODO, los teléfonos sonando desde recepción, las personas que van llegando a reservar o yéndose….y lo PEOR que a las 7 am arrastrando mesas y sillas del desayunador de afuera. Y un poco después los comensales desayunando y se escucha cada palabra que dicen (no hay privacidad ni para los comensales). Realmente solo quería dormir tranquila y me resultó una horrible experiencia
