She need better communication.
The trip was good after we were settled in. But getting settled in, the property manager neglected to tell us there was an extra $350 charge that needed to be on a credit card for incidentals. And we couldn’t get the codes until we paid the money. Without the knowledge of needing the money I didn’t have a credit card prepared for the fee. She said she would refund my money but didn’t know how long the refund would take. She was very nasty the beginning. So 2 sixteen year old boys and I were without a place to stay for 4 days. She then sent over an affidavit to be signed off there were any issues found. Then I needed to send a picture of the front and back of my credit card and my license before the codes were sent. This was done all while sitting in a car waiting for text messages and emails to go through. This should have been done and sent the day before not while we were outside of the property trying to get in and settled. But after all of that she texted and apologized and sent the codes. But the apartment was great though. And she didn’t bother us anymore. The upstairs neighbors were very noisy and sounded like they were going to come through the ceiling but other than that. All good!!! Oh and the smoke detector may needed to be checked versus it beeped aggravatingly every 30 seconds.
