What an incredible hotel! Our family loved it. Our adjoining rooms were wonderful and allowed our 2 kids to have their own room and facilities. The pool was incredible as was the gym. We would love to stay here again next time we’re in Bangkok.

This has been my favorite place in Bangkok. Great staff. There is a whole floor of games and play areas for the kids, and the views are amazing from the large pool and rooms. everything was perfect except the house keeping took away my welcome gift, cake and cookies which i intended to eat after my dinner. When I return from dinner, it was removed from the table. very disappointing.

The rooms are great, everything is comfortable and new. Service was superb, never waited for the front desk. Gym was amazing and the room was cleaned doesn't matter what time you left it. Amazing hotel

The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. Good supply of amenities in bathroom. Beds super comfortable. Amazing shower! Games room and pool were a hit with the kids and the Onsen massage was the best I’ve had. With a nice treat of mango and sticky rice complementary. Only downside is that this is a dry hotel. The staff happy for you to bring in your own alcohol.
