This place has so much potential, but management is letting it go to waste. The pods are very clean and comfortable, refreshed every two days, and towels are replaced daily—which is excellent for this type of place. Storage is excellent, the lounge and work areas are great, the coffee/tea is solid, and the Wi-Fi is exceptionally fast. The concept and location are excellent.
But the showers are disgusting—mold and slime on the curtains that clearly haven’t been cleaned in a long time. I raised the issue twice at the front desk, and while staff seemed concerned, nothing was done. Reading other reviews from a week and even a month ago saying the same thing proves this is an ongoing problem management is ignoring.
I even scrubbed one of the showers myself with the provided shampoo just to make it usable, but what’s really needed is proper cleaning products and attention. Honestly, if they gave me the supplies and a couple of beers, I’d fix it myself.
It’s unacceptable that something as basic as a clean shower is being ignored. Why risk your reputation and investment over something so simple? This could easily be a five-star stay, but until management takes action, it’s a place with great pods, fast Wi-Fi—and disgusting showers.
I have 8 more nights and writing a google review they clean half of the showers. So they halfway care about hygiene.
