For me this is one of the best hotel experiences. You don’t need a car to move around , everything is central, the hotel has all amenities one needs during a vacation. You are in front of the beach, and you can stay in the hotel the whole day if you wish to rest.

AMAZING! This hotel is perfect and beautiful, staff is great everyone is extremely kind and helpful they go beyond to male you feel comfortable. Kristina from help desk gave us several recommendations we really appreciate. Also I loved that when we checked in they have us a tour of the hotel, which is not that common anymore. They also helped with the bags. Breakfast buffet is delicious and food in general is great! Definitely recommend staying here!

We were greeted at the port by a gentleman from the hotel with a cart to take our luggage to the room. We enjoy to walk so we continued on foot on an amazing waterfront path for about a 10-15 minute walk. We checked in to the hotel and were escorted around the facility and shown all amenities. We made it up to our room where are luggage awaited us. The room was amazing the facilities were clean and well staffed. The pool, gym, and spa above our expectations. Pool bar, restaurant, and house bar exceptional. The staff made us feel like we were the most important guests on the grounds. We will definitely be back.

Gorgeous property and location. The pools and bar were amazing and breakfast was delicious. The staff was VERY helpful and Matilda is amazing. She went above and beyond to help with all of our needs prior to arrival and then after as well. Next time we would follow her recommendations for dinner in town. The plan she helped with for our trip to Dubrovnik was amazing and a highlight of our trip. The massages were pleasant and relaxing. Would highly recommend this hotel. The outdoor grounds, sea views and pool area of this hotel are lovely. The inside space is also immaculate and recently updated. This Boutique style hotel feels very nicely secluded, yet close to everything. We slept well on the comfortable beds and the breakfast was the best we’ve had in our 10 day tour of Croatia. It is an easy 15-20 minute walk down a short hill and along the seawall into the main part of town. The front desk staff were very helpful with arranging luggage transport from ferry to hotel and Matilda even went above and beyond to assist in finding my cell phone that was accidentally left on a ferry. We will dream of returning to this beautiful place.

This property is absolutely wonderful! The hotel itself is like a private, luxury villa tucked away from the path that leads to the port and center of Hvar Town. The staff is very attentive from the porter who takes your bags to your room, to Kristina, the lovely lady and the front desk who checks you in and provides you any information you need on the island. Our room was a deluxe room with skylights, a spacious attic room that was bright, private and cozy. We enjoyed eating brunch on the lovely patio every morning and sitting by the pool in the afternoon. The commute to the center of town was a 15 minute stroll down a lovely path along the coast. We would absolutely stay here again!

Hotel Moessy was an outstanding stay. The 1929 property was completely renovated about a year ago to create a modern, classic hotel. We loved that the hotel didn’t feel like yet another massive, chaotic and impersonal place. We really felt like we had our own tranquility in Hvar. The pool is beautiful and there are enough chairs for the small capacity of the hotel. Hvar Town is a about 10 minutes walk. While on the smaller side, the rooms are modern, with deep, spacious drawers to help you unpack and settle in. The property has easy seaside access to amazing clear Hvar water. Book it!

This is a true 5 star hotel. Everything looks spotless and there is a lot of staff ready to help and serve you. Try to avoid rooms on the third floor, as these have no windows except for a skylight. For some reason they put me in there, maybe there is something in my profile that says I want a crappy room. Wifi and airco were good, everything worked. Pool is amazing. Breakfast is not as elaborate as in other 5 star hotels but sufficient. It is a long walk from the ferry station so if you have bags take them up on their offer to pick you up.
