Every member of the staff was so incredible and went above and beyond, the eggs were icy cold, but I think it was an equipment malfunction and they helped us microwave them. New York is such a scary place, but it felt calm and quiet inside the hotel

When we checked in there were 2 toothpicks and a candy wrap on the floor and for three days they remained on the floor. 2 days our beds were not made and we did not leave anything on beds that could hindered them making up the beds.
