Wonderful stay, in a perfect location as well and although the road was busy you couldn’t hear a sound from the roads. The buffet breakfast had tons of options and was very tasty. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay amazing.

Lestar hotel was a lovely boutique hotel, the staff are all welcoming with kind smiles and were helpful with providing information about tours and transportation to and from the airport. The room was cute and a comfortable bed. The breakfast was included and the breakfast staff were very nice, they kindly made lunchbox for us for our day trip. It was also well priced :) thank you for our stay!

I loved this hotel. It was so cute and clean. All the necessities that are needed. The bed was amazing. They have a morning breakfast that was very good. Over the top. Anything you could want. The people that work there are very friendly. Makes you feel like family. Location is great. I didn't want to stay in the Old Quarter. But wanted to be close. Straight down the street about 5 or 6 blocks you get to the old Quarter. Then a little farther and you are at Hoan Kiem Lake. Everything is about a 15 or 20 minute walk from the hotel. I highly recommend this hotel. Btw, I am always the person that reads the bad reviews first and then the best and never believes the 5 star reviews. It is exactly what I was hoping all of my hotels this month will be like. So far the only one out of the first 4.

Great little hotel, we stayed for 3 nights at the beginning of our trip. Good location for less touristy coffee shops, places to eat, and super easy to walk to old town and West lake etc. We were on a high floor so was quite quiet. Everything about our stay at Lestar Hotel Hanoi was enjoyable. The facility was well located and beautifully maintained, the staff went above and beyond, and the breakfast spread was divine. They made us feel so comfortable and it’s perfectly placed right by the old quarter so you never have to go far for anything you need. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

This hotel is such a gem!!! Everything is brand new and clean, super comfortable bed and pillows and the breakfast is delicious, with a good spread of choices. Nonetheless, the absolute best part of my stay was the staff. They are fantastic and really go above and beyond to help you have a wonderful stay. I traveled with my baby and they took turns to help me look after him so I could enjoy my breakfast in peace... everyone was kind and friendly. Can´t wait to be back.

Lestar may be a 3-star hotel but its staff and service are truly 5 stars! Jenny, Mia and colleagues went above and beyond to make our Hanoi stay a wonderful experience. They helped to organise our itinerary for Sapa and day trips to the surrounding region. Communication is excellent, genuine care was shown for guests comfort. The best part of the hotel is the people. Additionally, breakfast on the rooftop was stellar with a stunning view across the city. During our 6-week trip to Japan and Vietnam, we have stayed at a number of 5-star accommodations and Lestar is up there, a gem we were happy to have stumbled upon for a fraction of the price we paid at other places. Highly recommend for an authentic and local stay in the Old Quarter! Loved it, Chi and Helen

Highly commendable of the customer service by Ms Gigi. Speaks good English and efficient in check-in process when we checked in at 10pm (we had 6 rooms). She even help us to make reservation for our late dinner with a nearby restaurant. Hotel located at a very convenient location in old quarter with short walking distance to night market and Hoan Kiem Lake. Rooms are spacious and clean with good variety of breakfast spread.

I took the standard room and it was very clean and modern. It is very small and compact, you litterally open the door into the bedroom and there is another door for bathroom. It was very hot when I was there, the A/C wasn't very strong but with the fan on, I could sleep well. The door key is also used to power the room and this is common in many places. So during the day, the room got hot and the fridge, warm. It takes about 20 min for the room to cool down once you put the power back on since it is a small room. There was a power outage in the middle of the night so it got real hot, for about an hour while power was restored. I heard power outages are comon in Hanoi so not the hotel's fault. For the price and location, you can't go wrong. If you want your fridge and room to stay cool during the day, I was told (unfortunately only during checkout) that I could have asked for a second key.
