Starting with the unprofessionalism used towards me and my couple. One of the people in charge of the front office was very unbothered about if the information concerning our check in was right or wrong. He also at all times, would throw my documents (my ID) everywhere while trying to take a copy of it as if it was nothing, and that really agitated me. Once we had our chance to go check the room, our lungs were filled with pure scent of tobacco/cigarettes, and it was awful. The floor was dusty, and the room just felt completely disgusting. We decided to go back to ask for a refund because we just didn’t agree on staying in a place like such, but then again, the receptionist was very rude and pretended like everything was “okay” I explained the situation, I was clear we didn’t want to stay and that we wanted to cancel our stay and at least receive some money back, not even the complete payment, but I don’t think he understood whenever I showed to him that we were not able to cancel anything through the app, because he kept saying that I should click in there even after showing him that nothing could be done. He just didn’t seem to care, and he didn’t even try to get a solution for us.
