Perfect hotel for a Pittsburgh vacation

Great location and price. We were there for several days so the kitchen and separate bedroom area was nice. Breakfast was average, bed was comfortable and towels were clean. Wasn’t perfect but I’m not a hotel snob and it was good enough for me and my teenage boys.

Great stay

We were only there for 1 night but the stay was very nice. There was a cute little kitchen with a full refrigerator and a stove top which was nice for bringing in leftovers from our dinner. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and I were happily impressed with this Residence Inn. We were expecting a standard room with queen bed and walked into a suite, complete with kitchen & sitting area/small den and the bed in a separate room. It's an awesome arrangement!

Great Location

The location of the hotel is amazing for going to a Pirates game (which we did). The staff appeared somewhat disorganized and the computer systems were not always working. The staff did respond promptly when my air conditioning was not working in my room. They gave an option to wait for maintenance to attempt to fix it or to move rooms. Since we had just arrived we just moved to a new room (and the A/C worked great). The main bed in our suite was amazing, super comfortable!

This hotel is not good but great location.

Location to PNC park was sensational. Hotel was NOT GOOD. Toilet ran continuously. Tub would fill up with water during shower due to very slow drain. Safe didn’t work. Staff not friendly at all. Water leak from the ceiling in the bathroom. Icemaker did not work. Certainly not the standard I would expect as a Bonvoy member.

Staff was helpful and friendly. Our room was dated in some aspects, updated in others; I think they are trying to improve. Staff said they are under new management. Was worried about our stay based on some reviews, but overall the room was fine. The little store was not well stocked. The area is amazing as long as you stay on the same side of the freeway; Pirates stadium is literally across the street and tons of dining options nearby. Many sightseeing spots are walking distance. River is also very close with nice wide walking paths. We loved our stay in Pittsburgh and would definitely return!
