Resort a few minutes from town

Location was good - right off Hwy 1 off Bow Valley Pkwy… restaurant onsite, Blake’s Brewery next door and 15-min walk to downtown. Room #283 in annex bldg (some covered parking), TV wouldn’t work, shower barely drained, A/C on full blast or must unplug, tiny balcony, 2 double beds were fairly comfortable, mini fridge & I wish I had known that the room had a microwave.

Disappointment

Amazing location, hall Reno’s are really nice. The room was quite run down, floors were dirty and very scratched. The doors and handles were very dirty. The shower/bath was a complete disappointment looked like something from the 90’s, jetted and cheap. For $500+ per night, I could of stayed somewhere better.

Kids enjoyed the pool area with the big slide. There was also a shallow pool area for the younger littles. The pool area was clean and well maintianed. They could use more chairs fro parents on the pool deck though.

Disappointing stay

Under construction and they do not tell you this until after you book a non refundable room. Amenities were lacking, tv didn’t work and guy who came to look at it had no clue. Bathroom not all that clean and loud with kids running around. This is not the first time we’ve had a not so great stay here. The front desk staff were lovely and accommodated as much as they could. Location is also good.

Nice, clean rooms and convenient location. We had a one bedroom suite and it was well equipped and spacious. Pool and hot tub were fun. Only complaint was the underground parkade only has a few stalls available to hotel guests and it could be difficult to find a spot at times.

I could tell they had done some updates to the annex building which was nice, but the showers didn't have any ledges for soaps etc, and the doors are not stroller/handicap accessible. The front door has a button that doesn't work and the side door you must enter has two doors in succession which is very difficult to get through with a stroller or wheelchair. The restaurant connected to the main building was nice and the food was great. Didn't have enough time to enjoy the pools but they looked lovely

Brought my kids here for spring break. Been coming to this hotel for years now. Always had good experiences. Only thing bad was the mattress in the sofa bed was old and horrible to sleep on …. Went to front desk and they brought us up a cot right away with new sheets. Great customer service and so darn convenient to walk to shops and grocery store!
