It was a not so great experience this time which is a different experience from last time. The room was dirty and there were stains on the bed. The cups had tea or coffee rings on them and the room was just made but not cleaned. Whilst I understand it was warm the service could have been better

worth a visit and overnight stay.

Stayed here many times and always a pleasant hotel to visit. Staff friendly and efficient. Not far to walk from the nearby railway station to the hotel so super convenient for myself. Food and drinks are getting a little expensive in the hotel but I suppose you can level that comment at many other establishments either in the Netherlands or indeed elsewhere. One comment I'd like to make is that the bedroom lighting isn't bright enough for me and when you enter the room it really is very dark and not easy therefore to find the light switch to illuminate the bedroom especially on the first time you enter the room.

We stayed in the casino suite, thinking it was at the top floor, and with a lovely outside area. Unfortunately it was at the first floor, beside the entrance, parking lot and hallway where everybody was going. So it was with a lot of noise… we found out later, some other cheaper suites was on the top floor, on a sunnier side of the building .. if we knew that from the start, we would have asked for a possibility for switching rooms .. other than that, everything was lovely. The atmosphere from lobby, to restaurant was real nice and beautiful

Sehr empfehlenswert

Wunderschönes Hotel, im gross und ganzen war der Aufenthaltsort super. Das einzige was mir persönlich gefällt hat war, etweder schlappen oder 2 bodenmatte da wir eine dusche und eine Badewanne hatten und eine badematte alleine nicht gereicht hat. Leider war auch das Körpershampoo leer in der Dusche und ich musste den auswechseln mit dem in der Badewanne. Es war einbischen schwierig da es speziell befestigt/gesichert ist. Trtzdem das Hotel ist wirklich empfehlenswert, würde ich jedes Zeit erneut buchen und weiterempfehlen!

Zentral für viele Ausflugsmöglichkeiten

Die Lage für zahlreiche Ausflüge ist ideal: wie Keukenhof, diverse Strände, Amsterdam, Den Haag, Leiden usw. Wenn man das Auto stehen lassen möchte, kein Problem der Bahnhof ist mit dem Auto nur 3 Minuten entfernt. Das Hotel ist direkt an der Autobahn, aber das hat uns nicht gestört. Der Verkehr war auch ab dem Abend sehr gering.

The place is very nice with your own balcony. The room didn’t have a safe or a room telephone. My husband hated the two twin beds shoved together instead of having a king bed.
