Cleanliness was outstanding, staff friendly and helpful. The building is very modern but situated in a shabby part of town. My only complaint with the hotel is their cafe/bistro. This is spotless but only designed for passing trade (morning coffee shot). It is not organised for breakfast. Very poor options for cooked or cereals. Orders go unheeded, the staff work by shouting at each other and no one is interested in the customer.

This hotel is almost too nice for Bari. It's new, modern and clean. Bari is the opposite:) but still, if you're here, this is the hotel to choose. It's a bit away from the center, but still walkable. The two owners are very friendly and professional. The room is large; has a tea kettle with coffee and tea bags and a mini fridge. The bathroom is very nice and modern too, with plenty of fluffy towels and good quality shampoo and conditioner. The only thing I didn't like is how slow the breakfast personnel is. It almost seemed deliberate, as in "if you're cheap enough to go for free breakfast, I'll be audacious enough to take my sweet time to serve you or even omit things you requested." Pretty comical and ridiculous. I would still recommend to stay here though.

There were a series of minor things that led to this less than great review. The hotel was relatively close to the train station, but further away from the downtown area of old Town and Murat. The reception was unable to provide or open a bottle of wine. The breakfast system is terrible. Placing an order for breakfast the night before makes no difference. Whatever system them are using in the kitchen needs serious review. The barista Maria was great and really tried to meet the demand. The food was another story. I ordered scrambled eggs and ham. I waited a half hour before I had to leave to make an appointment. While there I watched a family receive their breakfast, one item at a time. The overall effect was that the kitchen prepared one item, not a meal or an order, but one item at a time to completion and then started in another one. The room had no temperature control. So the room was either too hot, or street noise prevented sleep. .

L’hotel è nuovo e molto pulito. La mia camera singola era un po’ piccola ma aveva tutto il necessario ed era pulita. Affaccio un po’ rumoroso perché si trova nei pressi della ferrovia e per questo vengono forniti i tappi per le orecchie per la notte. Il personale alla reception è molto gentile e disponibile a soddisfare esigenze e richieste tempestivamente. Devo dire che la colazione (a cui come ospite di hotel tengo molto) è deludente e sicuramente non all’altezza di un 4 stelle sia per le modalità (praticamente se hai una intolleranza o non puoi mangiare glutine o lattosio paghi tutto come extra nonostante sia fatto presente) sia perché si tratta di una bar aperto a tutti. C’è molta confusione, è rumoroso, l’organizzazione è piuttosto caotica e non c’è alcuna attenzione per chi è ospite dell'hotel (che viene lasciato indietro rispetto ai clienti esterni) e mi pare un’assurdità considerato sia che si tratta di un 4 stelle sia dato il prezzo del soggiorno. Il personale (soprattutto maschile ed esclusa la sig.ra Mary) del bar è anche scortese e sembra infastidito quando fai loro delle domande per capire cosa puoi o non puoi mangiare, specie in caso di esigenze alimentari particolari (sono dovuta andare per entrambe le mattine in reception a chiedere spiegazioni). La posizione dell’hotel è molto comoda per la vicinanza con la stazione e per la fermata del bus, ma i dintorni della struttura, soprattutto di notte, sono terribili. Le vie centrali sono a circa 20 minuti a piedi.

Excelente estadia!!!! A aparência externa do prédio e a vista de em prédio abandonado na frente e da vizinhança… assusta um pouco na chegada. No entanto, ao entrar no hotel tivemos uma ótima surpresa com corredores e quartos totalmente reformados, novos e bem cheirosos. Ótima localização. Fora da ZTL. Dá pra chegar a pé no litoral e calçadão. Café da manhã não é buffet. Vc tem que pedir o que você quer comer… isso é um pouco chato e demora um pouco pra chegar… sobra muita comida. Mas nada que interfira na avaliação do hotel. Minha esposa estava de aniversário e ganhou um pró-seco. Excelente mimo é raro de acontecer!! Com certeza, voltaremos!! Obrigado!!
