Location is convenient and great for lake days. Staff was friendly but they are not around after 6pm until 9am the next morning. Beds were uncomfortable and a few items need work in the room. I wouldn't stay here again unfortunately.

Loved the location, so easy to walk to main attractions in Penticton with young kids. The beach was wonderful. Our room was the deluxe 2 bedroom with the patio and jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was a nice surprise, until we realized that it was broken. We used the barbeque for dinner one night and the patio was a nice relaxing space. The kids enjoyed the pool. Honestly the room kind of gave me the ick and I'm not that picky - It just didn't feel clean. But the location was so good, I'd probably stay there again.

Truly a huge disappointment! Our room hadn’t been properly cleaned, used soap with hair left in shower, very shabby condition, dishes & cutlery were not clean. Bed was very lumpy and rips in the sheets.

We thought the location of the Inn was good, but the room location and the furnishings were more than disappoining. The bathroom and kitchen area were mostly cleaned, but the couch was filthy and garbage area was right outside our window. Very afraid about vermin due proximity to garbage, but were told it was fine and weren't offered an alternative.

Tiki Shores is the perfect location with a beautiful view at a great price. The suites are spacious, clean and with an 'oh so comfortable' bed and jacuzzi to relax!! As well, a restaurant right next door to Tiki Shore Registration desk. What more can a person ask for?
