Great apartment, well equipped, good walkable distance to the super lively Dotonburi area of the city. Bed was comfortable, and didn’t have the strange typical Japanese pillows that are filled with buckwheat. For us this was a bonus , along with the washer/dryer

It’s a small room like a lot of other Japanese hotels but it has everything you need for a short stay. It’s clean and cozy. It’s close to transportation and shopping areas. Quiet and safe at night. I would recommend it.

Very modern rooms with complete amenities

The rooms are VERY comfortable. All the appliances are new and high quality. Location is close to nippombashi station, and within 10 mins walking distance to dotonbori. Highly recommend staying here. The only downside is email communication which is in japanese. But nothing google translate cant fix.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel in Osaka. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. However, I would have appreciated written instructions in English for using the appliances in the room such as the air conditioner, washing machine, etc.. Also, the entrance door to the hotel was hard to spot at night—it could really benefit from a clearer or better-lit sign to help guests find it more easily.

6 min to the front of Dotonbori St. (with the giant crab) 5 min to Nippombashi station Namba is walking distance (12 min) or one train station over Kuromon market is 7 min away Property had a washer/ dryer so don’t need to bring too much clothes. More room for the Don Quixote stuff. It takes about 4 hours though so do it at night.

The apartment is great, very close to Dotonburi street. It has all the amenities possibly required for a stay in a city, a literal home away from home. High-tech, great AC, plenty of storage space, super functional amenities and comfortable bed.

This property is very conveniently located with lot of shopping and dining options close by. It is a 10 minute walk to the closest subway station, which might be a bit of a trek for families with Young children. The Studio apartments are very well appointed and clean. Unfortunately, we never got to use the iron since it was always missing from the drawer in the lobby although we were in the property for three days. It might be convenient if an iron was provided in the unit itself since they give you a washer dryer anyway, otherwise it was a very comfortable stay.

Had a wonderful stay for almost a week. Easy self check-in via instructions from email. Had all the important necessities except for ironing in the room. Need to request for it but I'm fine without it. Walking distance of at least 15mins to most of the popular areas like Dotonburi, Nimba, Kuromon Seafood market etc. Hotel is nearby to Doton Plaza for shuttle bus to airport. Super convenient. Definitely I will recommend to my contacts.

It's good to have a kitchen when travelling with kids and this place had a decent amount of space and the washing machine was handy as well. However it is not 2 mins from Dountonbori as stated on Expedia. It's more like 10 to 12 mins which is a major difference when walking with kids. The area is a little off to the corner and dodgy feeling. We (dark haired family) found multiple blonde hairs in our bed which was a bit yuck and I raised it with the hotel but they ignored it. Looked clean to the eye other than for that.

Also. Die Kritik von einigen, dass es kein "Hotel" im eigentlichen Sinne ist, ist gerechtfertigt. Es ist eher ein Apartmentgebäude ähnlich einigen AirBnB bei und. Das war uns aber von verneherein klar. Der Check in und Check out hat perfekt funktioniert. Zimmerreinigung kostet extra, war bei unserem Aufenthalt von 3 Tagen aber nicht nötig. Dafür gibts im Zimmer einen Waschtrockner und sogar das Waschmittel gleich mit dazu. Die gesamte Ausstattung und alles drum herum war wirklich super und es gibt hier nichts zu meckern. Warum dann nicht volle Sterne? Ganz einfach, wir sind 2 Erwachsene und ein Kind mit 15 Jahren. So wurde die Unterkunft auch gebucht und bestätigt. In ganz Japan bedeutete dies, dass ein Extra Aufstellbett im Zimmer war. Nur hier nicht! Es waren zwei Betten da (minimal breiter als ein Einzelbett aber weit entfernt von Queen oder King Size Betten) aber es hat nicht gepasst. Wir mussten uns dann irgendwie mit dem Sofa helfen um das Bett provisorisch zu verbreitern. Von gutem Schlaf kann nicht die Rede sein. Die Tatsache, dass dieses Zimmer für 3 Personen bei Expedia angeboten wird ist nicht in Ordnung, da es faktisch hierfür nicht geeignet ist. Wenn man zu zweit reist, dann entfällt dieser Kritikpunkt natürlich. Der 2. Kritikpunkt: Die Bettwäsche. Die Bezüge waren natürlich sauber aber man darf nicht zu genau auf die Decke schauen. Da sind schon einige gelbe Flecken drauf. Natürlich ist beides jammern auf hohem Niveau aber bei 4 Sternen erwartet man schon was.

Apartment hotel near Dontonbori

This place is within walking distance of the train and Dotonbori area. The room was clean and maintained. There wasn't any cooking materials if you wanted to make some food, however there was a family mart nearby and a microwave. We had trouble figuring out hot to get the water hot in the shower, so we ended up with cool water. More instructions would have been helpful.
