Enjoyed our stay at the Moxy. The room was comfortable and quiet although the flooring was a tad dirtier than I like. Everything else was great. Nice bar in the small lobby and friendly people. Very close to downtown so a perfect spot if exploring downtown Springfield or going to the Little Theatre. Wish the top floor area had been open but it was closed the Saturday evening we stayed.

The Moxy is my preferred Springfield hotel.

I’m in Springfield often for business and the Moxy is always my pick. Staff are great, both bars are good, and the rooms are nice. (It’s a little weird the rooms don’t come with chairs… but front of house will bring you one if you ask.) Property has a great scent program as well, I know that’s a weird call-out, but seriously, the place smells fantastic. Denis the GM is always active and around, and their F&B manager is great as well. Bar staff rock, and it’s close walking distance to restaurants.

Convent to all the restaurants and bars. Parking was easy and secure. Roof top was closed due to the weather but looked cool. Our room had a bad smell to it and the bathroom could have been cleaner. As other people have said, you could hear other guest. The hotel wasn't super full so it didn't effect us too much but I could see how it would bother others if it was full. The lobby and bar area was a lot of fun. Everyone was super friendly. Fun place to stay!

The property is an old bank building. The renovation includes some of the old facility pieces from the bank. Very neat stay. I did slip on the unsalted sidewalk the night of our stay, hitting the back of my head and leaving a head injury. They need to do better to stay on top of salting.
