Lovely Stay

We had a wonderful stay. A few things I would mention, if you have difficulty with stairs make sure to tell the person taking your reservations. Hopefully they will have a first-floor unit available. The building is very old, and the steps are very steep. The building has been nicely updated and is very well maintained and very, very clean. The views and the amenities are really great.

Mini vacay

Came for a one night mini vacay and it didn’t disappoint even though it rained. Everyone was friendly! So many amenities to make use of! Loved the sauna, restaurant right out our front door. Had a view of the water which we didn’t expect! Was pleasantly surprised by the whole experience.

Lovely Getaway

We had a lovely bungalow on the Chesapeake with beautiful views of the surrounding area. The staff was welcoming and helpful and he amenities were good with lots of yard games and a pretty heated pool. The sauna was an unexpected and appreciated treat. Due to the time of year, the restaurant was not open on one of the nights of our stay. Bedding was very comfortable but I do wish that, if hotels are going to give you four pillows, that they be of difference weights and thicknesses!

We had a great 4th of July weekend at Wylder. The food and view was great. Enjoyed blue crabs. The room is not big but we didn't spend much time in the room. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful when needed.

We had a great time at the Wylder Inn on Tilghman Island (20-21 May). This is a great spot for a quick getaway, and there are many things to do on site and in the area if you want to stay longer. The staff was welcoming and responsive from our arrival to departure when our key was collected from our car so we didn't have to get out in the rain. The Continental Breakfast had a variety of items to start the day right and the fire pits provided a relaxing venue at the end of the day. We look forward to staying here again in the future.

We loved our room and the property. Our only complaint was the breakfast. It did not look like the pictures and while a lot of fresh fruit there were no breakfast meat or egg option. . I was looking forward to the bagels and salmon shown in the picture. It would not deter us from coming back at all, will just be prepared next time to have other breakfast options.
