We thought we had ocean front but was a room called a aptno dresser. Room wasn’t clean like the reg rooms. We left early just lost our money. We usually love it but in regular ocean front rooms. Very dissapointed No tv in living room only in bed room

If you want to spend $500 for a weekend getaway involving half functioning tvs/ remotes, constantly killing bugs within the room, constant noise 24/7 and a front desk manager who could careless and not offer any type of help with any of the matters, you should stay here. We had all of these issues and when I asked if we could be moved to another room to at least get a good nights sleep, the response was “we have rooms available, but we can’t do that for you”

Once again, it was a fantastic experience. This is our third time staying at the Indigo Hotel in Myrtle Beach, SC. The hotel has an amazing location on the oceanfront, with immediate access to the beach and easy hotel parking. But above all, the most essential thing in our experience has been the people—Shanika at the front desk and housekeeping. Congrats to all of them. You are all very kind, efficient, and customer-minded. Congrats!

Very clean , the water pressure was great don't have fight for hot water, no ventilation in the bathroom made the shower very hot, my kids clothes got taken off the balcony, but we did leave them in walkway balcony so guess you expect that, everyone was very nice, the hot tub was out of order with lots of toilet paper in it, they had technician on sight overall it was great stay with Awesome view would definitely stay again

We were suppose to have a kitchen did not. So all meals had to be eaten out but wanted at hotel rather then running around. There was suppose to be a place to do laundry was not. Was suppose to be a place to smoke was not a lady at the front desk told us we could in the parking lot but there was an ashtray in the pool area and we watched people from our balcony out there smoking. WE also had people smoking pot somewhere around us the wind blew in the smell on the balcony. The one lady at the front desk said Hotel. Com always combines it with Compass Cove so if they know these issues then fix them.

Bad experience this time.

Poor service. All previous times, we stayed on the higher floors with no problems, and the rooms were in good condition. This means they were spotless and had complete dinnerware and flatware. This time, they were missing. Also, there was no hair dryer in the room. When we asked for it at the front desk, they said it was unavailable. What worsened was that the tiles on the floors got very wet due to heavy condensation on the first floor. Finally, Saturday around midnight, people outside were throwing fireworks and screaming, probably drinking or smoking. Of course, there was no Indigo staff to make a complaint.

It was pretty mid but that’s kinda expected with the price. We did a late check in, it kinda sucked that they didn’t extend a late check out to us. But eah the bathroom is nice lol. Late check out is an extra 50$ which was like almost the same price for the night which was a bit absurd. But is what it is.

This property is great for the price and convenience! It was not luxurious by any means, but it was very clean and newly renovated. The staff was very kind! The free parking and walk out to the beach was the most convenient I've ever experienced at the coast. The pool was okay and the hot tub was okay. The small grounds area was beautiful with new tables, chairs and huge umbrellas. If we'd had more time there, we would have eaten outside, picnic style. It was located along the main road, so, of course, there was traffic noise and sirens occasionally. The air was nice and cold and our little fan drowned out most noise. The elevator was quick & convenient. The location is exceptionally convenient, about midway between North and South Myrtle. Keep in mind that we did NOT venture out on foot in that BUSY, party area, only to the beach. We were fortunate and did not experience and loud partying.

Not perfect, but we will be back

We were very pleased with our stay after a rocky start. The hotel is understaffed. I felt bad for the young lady behind the counter as there is a surge of people showing up at check in and everyday we were there, we only saw one person working at a time. All that being said, she was very friendly even though it was obvious she was overwhelmed and many of the guests were being rude to her. When we got to our room we immediately checked for bed bugs and were pleased to find none. We did however find a that the sheets on one of the bed were not clean. The cleaning staff didn't speak english so it took some work to sort out. The girl at the front counter had a dozen people waiting so I didn't want to bother her. After that, everything was great. The room was very quiet and comfortable. The only complaint I had was there was no ventilation in the bathroom. Not a fan or anything. After showering, it was steam filled for some time. All that being said, we would definitely stay there again. I feel it is an exellent value for what you pay.

DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!

Do not be decieved with the pictures online! It looked very nice online, however, it was a very disappointing experience overall! The rooms did look updated, however it was a very minimum update. The little things really stood out, such as no towel hangers at all in the bathroom. The counter looked unfinished, the door to open the balcony was very hard to open, due to the handle being loose. There were air filters just laying out in the floor. The outside pool was disgusting and not clean at all and the hot tub didn't work. On top of all the little things, our bed was caved in the the top of the bed due to a faulty bed frame that was put together with 2 x4s! We could not sleep on the bed properly. We informed the front desk and nothing was done about it. We literally had to sleep at the foot of the bed and finally put a ironing board under the mattress to solve the sinking bed problem. Overall, I would recommend going to another hotel and to save yourself the disappointment on your vacation.

Public hair in the shower .. I found pee by the toilet when I came in the bed went in, it was horrible could not sleep at all they were having a party till 1 am. The door was so hard to open I got hurt. The check out is 10am ! Not as advertised at all such a lie no black out curtains the remote had something disgusting on it . The bed was made with 2 by 4 it was the hotel from hell. Also no hot water. So taking a shower was awful. There was a huge gap in the door at the bottom so you could see right out I had to use towels
