Clean but facilities could use an upgrade. Things first appear higher end but fade once you actually use them. Lots of pools and hot tubs. Decent gym with sauna and steam room. Things were good enough for a weekend stay with friends for Busch Gardens.

Me and my family had a great time at the resort. We are taking about another trip soon, and looking in getting a time share with your company. We really appreciate and enjoy our self there. The grow ups had things to do and the kids had so many thing to do. Love it. We will be back soon. God bless.

Great location but the experience was lacking.

We didn’t realize when we booked that this is a time share, as soon as you check in they want you to book a tour (90 minutes). We politely declined but the clerk pushed and pushed and her nice went to rude. We booked a 2 bedroom townhouse, either they switched our room or they call a condo a townhouse because it was one level. We received 5 towels for 6 booked guests. The sofa bed had dirty sheets (urine) on it when we opened it for our youngest to go to sleep. The beds really need updated, they are showing wear and not very comfortable. Great location but the experience was lacking.

It was 2 min from water country (not open yet), 3 min from target and Best Buy (for spare sound machines 🙃) and only 7-8 min from both Busch Gardens & colonial Williamsburg! The indoor pool was great evening cool down too! Over all 5⭐️ for sure.

Enjoyed our stay at Kings Creek. The beds are super comfy. It’s stocked with everything we needed. They accommodated us with a one-level, handicapped unit for my aging parents with knee issues after they had checked us in to a regular unit which we didn’t realize when we booked that it had stairs.

1 bedroom was small. Pull out couch was stuck and would not pull out. Front desk sent maintenance within 10 mins and they fixed it. Excellent location. Indoor pool and activities center were great! Kids loved it! Also got to see the northern lights from balcony so left very fulfilled and pleased with trip

The stay was wonderful but the carelessness from staff and the money I have loss is another problem with in itself. I used hotels.com to book my stay at Kings Creek at Spinnaker located in Williamsburg, Va.I had to pay a deposit to hold my reservation. When I arrived to the resort they charged me the full amount and told me I would have to call hotels.com to dispute the deposit charge. This morning when I checked out of the resort 4 hours later I noticed that an additional amount was taken off my credit card without my consent or any explanation. I made contact directly with the resort and spoke with a front desk clerk that was very unprofessional and could only provide that there was a note on the account stating the other front desk clerk accidentally ran my card again thinking that I didn’t pay for the stay but the money would refund to my card 7-10 days. I receive no call or email to let me know that my card was accidentally ran and that it would be taken care of which is unacceptable. The initial clerk I spoke was very unprofessional and told me I would need to call back the next day because there was no manager on duty. When I called the next day I spoke with another clerk who stated that the manager was not on duty as of yet and to call back again. When I finally spoke with the manager I was advised that the front desk clerk should not have ran my card twice. This was my first stay ever at this resort and has definitely left a bad feeling about ever staying here again

“Luxury”not so luxurious

Luxury 1 bedroom wasn’t so luxury. Old nasty couch, hair all over the bathroom, and small TVs. Shower was extremely small, had to tuck my elbows and I’m only 5’3. Bed was comfy.

The linens weren’t there for the sofa 🛋️ bed. Had to get them from security. The sofa bed needs a new mattress as the binding was unraveling. Also the outside dryer vent needs to be cleaned.

The total bill was supposed to be paid on arrival, but they charged me part of the bill a month ahead of time. They also charged me after I checked out which resulted in an overcharge of $143.00. The condo had a funky smell so we had to open the windows while we were there. The dryer vent was disconnected and there was lint everywhere in the laundry closet. There were two small pans for cooking, both of which were warped and had scratches in the non-stick coating. There was a water stain on the ceiling of the bedroom and the shower liner was too short. These condos are tired and it shows. I wouldn’t stay here again if you paid me.

Great location for doing all the things in Williamsburg. Good choice for family/extended family trip. We had kids and grandkids and the 2 bedroom Was perfect. The amenities too were everything the kids love-pool, playground and putting course. The furniture needs cleaning as there were stains on the sofas. The kitchen wasn’t equipped well and the beds, pullows and linens were not comfortable.

Relaxing..ish Stay

The cottage was tight for two adults with a toddler and infant. Tub was unusable, tried filling the first night for babies to bathe and black gunk came out of the tub jets. Used in inflatable tub for the week-long stay. Was nice to have the amenities, and the property was very serene.

Requested sheets for a guest starting one night to sleep on pull out bed. Requested early morning. Nothing received all day. Called again at 10pm to request again and they finally delivered. Nice to finally have them but someone dropped the ball.

They put Me and My Family in a Rehab unit that was dirty and majority of the stuff was broken!!! Dirty linen, tables, floors, sofa & chairs, dust EVERYWHERE and dirty tub and showers!!!

They accommodated us by placing us in the right cottage with no problem.Moreover, me and my family are planning to come back during the holiday

Super close to Water Country USA. Ants were a slight problem but that’s the season we are in. Everyone was really nice at the property. Kitchen/living room was very small in the 1 bedroom when the sleeper sofa was pulled out.
