Gorgeous beaches in Hollywood.

Loved having a kitchen and we had 2 waters plus coffee and tea for a night. Very clean and about 5 houses walk to the beach. Gorgeous beaches.

Perfect beachside getaway

We ended up at another of the properties, Marina Villas, due to a mix up with the reservation system, yet the property manager was incredibly helpful and ensured we had an excellent stay. The location and property were perfect for a great beachside vacation. It was clean, quiet, easy to park, great walking and the bed was one of the most comfortable we have slept on. We will certainly contact them again for our next trip to Hollywood/Ft. Lauderdale.

This property was sooo conveniently close to a great beach! It was super easy parking right infront of the building. Its only 2 stories high with a just a few units. There is a decent pool and it was clean and quaint. Highly recommend if you are looking for a cute little place!

Clean place and convenient being so close to the ocean. Manager was very helpful with answering my questions and providing great information. Enjoyed swimming in the pool. The walls were pretty thin, so had some inconsiderate neighbors throughout the night that bothered. Lots of amenities, such as Beach towels, lawn chairs, and even bikes available to check out and use.

The Unit where we stayed was so spacious and perfect for a family! The large bedroom has a king bed, TV, and a full ensuite bathroom. The living room/common area has a sofa bed with a queen size mattress, another TV and a full bathroom. A full kitchen came in handy to store breakfast items, so we didn't have to eat breakfast out. A short walk down the block to the beach and a walking/bike path makes this an ideal location. It's so close to the beach, we didn’t even use the pool at Waves on Desoto, but we saw other guests enjoying it. Free parking for my rental car was also a plus. Grocery stores, restaurants, and the airport are all a short drive away. Vickie, the property manager, was very accessible via text. The property is a bit dated, but everything was very clean. I highly recommend it!

This place is perfect! Walking distance to the beach, secluded pool, beach chairs and towels provided in your room and close to every major highway making it super easy to get anywhere! Expedia kind of dropped the ball with us never receiving the email with check in procedures and codes however the property manager, Vickie, was super quick to send a text with the information as soon as I called!!

Stayed for 3 days/2 nights and loved it! The room had an air fryer, keurig, and mini fridge which were very convenient. The pool was clean and nice to relax in. The beach was only a two minute walk and the complementary beach chairs were perfect!! We faced a slight complication but the property manager was very kind and helped us immediately.
