The room wasc very clean, balcony view was excellent! Very quiet for our Friday and Saturday night stay. Especially pleased with the excellent in-hotel "Crocodile" restaurant wherec menu options were flavorful and and reasonably priced. One of the best hotel restaurants I have experienced,

The room smell, not sure when it was last used, but i had to open the doors to air it out for a hour. Also the shower curtain was ripped. Finally to make things worse, the smoke alarm battery started chirping in the morning

Our weekend stay at the Lemon Tree

Unfortunately when we arrived, I stumbled upon a pair of ladies panty’s on top of a shelf so I threw it in the trash and notified the front desk and the employee at the desk said no housekeeping was available so they would pick up the trash on Saturday. After fully unpacking, I found that the tv wouldn’t turn on so I called the front desk again and she sent a maintenance worker to fix the issue. (Outlet was shorted out) Location was great and the room was very comfortable.

Most definitely better than the others

This stay was great, I loved the hotel overall. We had a view of the pool with a nice little patio set, super simple but great overall. If I’m ever in the area again, I’d most definitely choose this hotel again. Only downside was the water pressure in the shower but I’m sure that’s to save water. Overall 12/10

Would stay again!

I needed a place to stay for a night after taking a family member to their UCSB orientation, and this was one of the somewhat cheaper places. Wasn't looking for anything fancy. This place was perfect! I loved that there is a restaurant on site, so I didn't have to leave once I arrived. The room was quiet, spacious for just me and the staff, including the cleaning staff, were all wonderful people. I look forward to staying there again.

Always a pleasure to stay at this classic mid-century modern garden hotel. Love the outdoor dining patio.

Older place and a bit quirky but clean, comfortable and quiet. Each room has a patio which is nice.

Property is dated, bed was hard to sleep in, it’s close to everything and we absolutely love the dining area restaurant! They have great service and food is great.
Jose, 2-night trip

It’s rundown

The service is great at front desk and restaurant. The room was very simple, but poor ventilation and poor electrical outlets. Lights for vanity and hallway blew out while I was getting ready, I feared of being electrocuted when plugging my phone. Hotel is run down, but ample parking.
Erica, 2-night trip

Easy check in. Perfect room with view and door to pool area. Comfortable bed and nice shower
Nancy, 1-night trip

Super great front desk folks. Place was a so nicei thought i was at the wrong hotel.
Richard, 1-night trip

2/10 Poor

The staff was very nice as well. We really enjoyed Crocodile, the food was absolutely delicious! The room was disgusting, it smelled horrible, was very stuffy, one bed the sheets smelled and looked like they hadn’t been changed and we found hairs in it. We were so tired from the long drive I ended up throwing a blanket over the bed and we slept on that. There were hairs in the bathroom sink and tub. We won’t stay there again but would definitely eat at Crocodile.
