The property is absolutely beautiful! Staff is very friendly. Easy check in. Food was delicious and lots of options. The Castle view restaurant had a great view and amazing service. Only reason for a 4 star, was that the bathrooms weren't always clean and out of toilet paper. Would stay here again! Pool choices were good. Enjoyed the drinks.

Properly was clean, could use more staff.. our bathroom had a very strange/dirty smell. There was a lot of condensation on the floor in our room had to put a blanket down to avoid slipping.
