Fantastic hotel

Hotel is located near the beach, in a not very busy part of the city. The hotel has three swimming pools. The service is very nice and helpful. The food is very good but after a while it becomes monotonous. We had very large, clean rooms and everything we needed was there. I recommend this hotel with all my heart. I had a nice and relaxing time there

It was a great hotel for kids with waterslides and pools and great room. So if that's all you are after for a holiday. That is the place for you. However we were disappointed with the lack of activities run by the hotel. It was also extremely disappointing we were charged $12 AUD for a broken coffee cup, especially as I was upfront about it (no hotel I know of would ever ask this for one cup) and an accidental stain cost us $80, which was outragious. I'm sure children accidentally damage or stain items and would not be charged that amount as it would be part of the hotels insurance for accidental damage. This left us feeling quite negative about the hotel.

We were very pleased with the hotel, staff and facilities. The breakfast was very different then the continental breakfast we are used to...But we found the bread selection and service with the omelett nice. We ate at the restaurant some nights and it was ok. We would stay here another time also if we come back ❤️

I booked a triple fantasy room for my family and it was perfect! Spacious, nice view of the pool, and room service was wonderful! The pool was refreshing and the slides were so fun for kids and adults, although the bottom of the slide ends in 1M deep water which is not very deep so be careful. Awesome location, right between the night market and Ao nang night market! Will definitely be returning!

The best family resort stay you can find in Krabi. With 2 water slides, a lazy river pool, and 2 swimming pools in your backyard. You wont even need to go to the beach! Location is great, walking distance nearby to night market, restaurants and Ao Nang beach. Definitely, coming back here again next time!

Vi havde et dejligt ophold her. Godt for legebørn. Hotellet er fint, men værelserne lidt slidte og aircon. larmer. Vi havde 2 ens værelser, men indretningen var ikke den samme. Den ene havde ydermere direkte adgang til pool. Det haltede lidt med rengøringen påores værelse, der ander var top. Der er et stykke vej at gå til stranden, og den er meget lille for området. Men masser af liv; restauranter, butikker, indkøb, tour information, caféer, tattoo shops, massage m.m. Personalet er super ydmyge og professionelle. Meget hjælpsomme, som vi kender Thai'er for. Anbefaling herfra.

Having stayed in a number of hotels around Thailand I have to say this was very average. The pool area around the water slides was disappointing- cramped, disjointed in its design and also people openly smoking weed in the area. The 'relaxing pool' was nicer but no rules were followed regarding timings so children were often in the pool at 7am and not quietly. The hotel was noisy with people in the pool clearly heard in rooms in the early morning and the noises from corridors and other rooms could be heard. The room itself was functional and clean, a nice balcony and staff were friendly but I just didn't like the feel of this hotel. Location was good and a 10 min walk in either direction took you to the Landmark night market or the main beach strip.

We had the worst experience here. Rooms have no soundproofing at all. Cleanliness was not the best. Bed was ok though. Breakfast was ok but nothing fancy. Pool area with waterslides was ok but badly outdated needing maintenance. Staff was super nice which was the only upside in this hotel.

Hit kommer vi inte tillbaka

Vi valde detta hotell för att det låg strategiskt bra mellan de två stora stränderna i ao nang. Det var det enda som var bra. Hotellet är slitet. Vårt rum var ett sk. Kids room men det fanns bara en säng och ett sängbord. Ingen soffa/fåtölj eller stol. Rummet jätteslitet och ganska smutsigt. Balkongen vette ut mot en vägg, det visste vi men det var svårt att avgöra om det ens var sol ute när man vaknade. Väldigt mörkt. Frukosten var kass. Dåligt och tråkigt utbud. Kändes inte speciellt fräscht och det var mycket halvfabrikat och sött bara. Dåligt påfyllt. Svajigt internet som hoppade ur hela tiden. Rummen var även väldigt lyhörda ut mot korridorerna.
