The common area is pretty hot usually and is open aired with windows and a door only the dorms are AC cool. The property is a good central point for things. If you’re in and out a lot this will be a good stay for you. They offer early bag drop off so that was convenient!

We stayed here since it was cheaper than the rest of the hotels nearby and it was our first time trying it out. But after coming there the people were mean to my mother and told her that she needed more money in order to stay there. The host was not friendly and made our experience less than desirable. The mosquitoes are bad so bring bug spray and they have lots of roaches. there too.

Hostel Hmmmm

This was my first hostel experience, so i can really compare it to anything. The place was nice. I just wasnt prepared for the living space but it served its purpose. Breakfast could be improved and they need to install a door the bathroom in the multi unit room.

This was my first time trying a hostel, I would say its one of the better options because of the pod structure. You get full privacy within your pod, only have to deal with the sound of other people getting ready or doing other things. I would recommend to bring an eye mask to block the light if you want to sleep in. The hotel isnt called Bpostels, its called The Coral Princess. Bposhtels owns the third floor. Staff was really nice and helped me a lot in terms of advice and plans. Great location as its walkable to Condado Beach and 6usd uber to Old San Juan.

I paid for my room and never stayed one night there. The agent who was a guy at front desk was very rude. He told me I couldn’t stay there because I had my 12 yr old daughter and my reservation was for an adult. I asked if I could pay for an additional room or bed and her said “Miss I don’t want to keep having this conversation with you. I stayed on the side of the road with my daughter until I got another hotel reservation done. We then wheeled our suitcases to the next hotel and I must say that place had a way better customer service and hospitality.. I faced racism and discrimination from your establishment. I would not recommend this place to anyone whos a mother. They have no discretion or empathy. I asked to speak with management and the was told that can’t be done. I am waiting for a refund because I neve received a key for my room or spent a night there. Worse experience ever!!! If you’re a black woman do not go here!! There are better places in the area to spend your money.

The property was okay I like that it had a balcony area and hanging out space. I was on the third floor the room had like 8 beds, a closet area, and the bathroom area had two sinks in the open, the toilet in a closed space and a the shower in a closed space all within the room. Then theres one whole separate bathroom outside the rooms. I was lucky to never have to wait to use the bathroom the only issue i encountered was having a snorer in my room. Maybe not the best idea for light sleepers. I liked that the beds were like cubby’s giving privacy but I am a slight sleeper and took my chances but still managed with the snoring. Would probably stay there again.

Everything about this hotel experience was great. My first time staying at a hostel and the front desk comforted me and was very attentive! Thank you to the front desk Julian for giving me an awesome experience. He recommended me places to go and eat. Also made a few friends during my night here. I will always remember this stay.
