The staff at Roma Courts make this place amazing! Grace, Annipur, Patrick and Ismahan are fabulous! They are attentive, caring professionals. This was my second stay at Roma, and because of the kindness of the staff, I will revisit the property. It’s my home away from home! The access to shopping and the safety of the area were perfect for solo travelers. There’s plenty of food from restaurants to markets that make staying more accessible. Excellent. Recently renovated with good quality throughout. Hot water and good water pressure, clean, excellent staff all with positive and helpful attitude, kitchen had excellent quality utensils and cookware, comfortable, and good Wifi. Requested they wash my car and they did so quickly for a reasonable fee.

Everyone at the hotel was FABULOUS! They were kind and helpful! They helped me with everything! The property is beautiful and well maintained. The rooms are very comfortable, clean and decorated lovely. The beds are super comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked with cooking utensils. The washer/dryer is a huge plus! The water in the shower gets very hot! Loved it!! The building is walking distance to everything: market, mall, restaurants. The area is safe and quiet. Grace and Vincent are wonderful people! I am definitely staying at Roma Courts again and again! The staff made Nairobi feel like home!
