Came to property, took several tries before we could contact the host and they said they cancelled our reservation. They never let us or Expedia knows about it. We had a family with 3 kids and needing to find rooms at the last minute like this was unacceptable.

DO NOT STAY HERE! I live next door and booked an apartment here for my parents. What is absolutely RIDICULOUS is that you get a keycard for the elevator but you cannot access the space where the elevator is = you are constantly standing around outside, waiting for somebody else to either leave or arrive who has access. One night, my parents arrived in the middle of the night (since their flight was delayed) and I had to book another hotel for one night, because I was concerned that they wouldn't be able to access the room with the elevator (even though they had the room code elevator card). ANGIA hospitality claimed that "check-in was only possible until 10pm" but this has nothing to do with check-in: You can't tell your guests that they can only come home before 10pm, because your staff only works until then. Communication with the host was also slow, and they just don't seem to care very much. I met several other guests staying with ANGIA when we were staying there (since we all had to wait in front of the elevator room together), and everybody was upset. The apartment itself is fine but does not look anywhere as luxurious as presented here on Expedia. It is very average, the area is fantastic though (that's why I live here). I'm an Expedia Platinum member and have already reported ANGIA to Expedia for false representation of their property on the platform. There was no information given that guests cannot enter the elevator room independently.

It was very evident from the signs outside the lift lobby’s that this was a building for residents only. We couldn’t enter the lift lobby without asking security (which felt extremely uncomfortable as it was a residents only building) or waiting for a resident to come in or out as we didn’t have fingerprint access. This also meant that we weren’t allowed to access any of the facilities including the pool or gym. We were travelling with a 2 year old and a 4 year old on a family holiday so having to tell them we couldn’t use the pools was less than ideal especially given this was one of the reasons we booked the property and it was advertised with these facilities. It was also dirty we found numerous items including someone else’s boxer shorts left in the property. Things were broken, handles on wardrobes, the washing machine kept coming up with an error (which was fixed twice) then we gave up, we were only supplied with not even one full roll of toilet paper in one of the bathrooms with no spare toilet in the unit at all. It was a less than ideal start to our holiday, I believe the advertising to be misleading and this property shouldn’t even be listed on this site.
