Host is very friendly and welcoming. It was very clean and the a/c works very well. Enjoyed sitting on wrap around porch. Property needs some updating including the decor and furniture (arm chair in room is ancient and not usable. The grounds have a lot of potential but will need work.

Converted old house, room was tiny, bathroom was a converted closet with sloping floor. No in room fridge, coffee or even water glasses. No maid service, no fresh towels for three days. All that said the room was clean and did have a mini split heat pump to cool the room. You get what you pay for, I’m not sure.

Older home a few minutes from dockside

Just outside the core of Summerside-- lovely older house converted into an inn. Modest sized room and bath on 2nd floor, nicely refurbished. Shared guest on first floor. Kinda dull surroundings outside of the heart of downtown.

Very comfortable and clean. Extremely hospitable owner. We loved our stay and plan to return again. I prefer small owner run businesses rather than big chains. Only thing missing was a mirror in the room, but had one in the bathroom so not a major thing.

Property is very old and feels like it could use a LOT of TLC. There was insufficient parking for the guests so I parked on the grasss. The interior is old and dated. There was a spider in my room, and the AC (window unit kept turning on/off). The door did not appropriately lock. However, you're in the heart of cavendish and a 10 minute drive from PEI beach, so that's a nice convenience

Old property. The inkeeper was very nice. No breakfast. They do have coffee, cups and a fridge. But no sink to fill the coffee machine. Close to everything in Summerside. Not ideal if you stay for more than a night. But great for an overnight and a visit beautiful Summerside PEI.

Beautiful house and lovely owner. Our room was very spacious, clean and well decorated. The bathroom was a little small but still had a full size tub and shower and it was exceptionally clean. My only complaint and it’s a small one is the height of the bed. I’m 5’3 and I felt like I needed a stool to climb into the bed! That being said my 6’4” husband loved it! Overall it was a beautiful stay.
