This is a "no staff" hotel. Everything is online only. There is no parking at this hotel. You will have to find parking on the street and it will likely be a few blocks away. The room was OK, but the electrical outlet in the bathroom didn't work and the sink drain was really slow--brushing your teeth will fill the sink which is gross.
Their billing is a DISASTER. I prepaid with Hotels.com and they sent email asking for a security deposit. Fair enough, I paid the deposit. The day of check in, they sent me a non-itemized email request for more money and stated my reservation would be cancelled if it was not paid. I chatted with support in their app and they said it was a mistake and to disregard. Ok, fine, mistakes happen. Then, just after check out, they sent me another non-itemized payment request for $295.I tried chat but they never answered. I found a phone number (took some searching to find) and called. They told me it was an error and to disregard again. I asked for a receipt stating that the booking was closed and they said they couldn't provide that. Now, several days later they sent another non-itemized payment request for $295. I called them and they again said it was an error, but can't guarantee that I won't get any more and can't provide a closed invoice for the stay.
I will never use disaster of a hotel chain again.
