Don't expect a refund

Never set foot at this hotel. I called to cancel my reservation and they said they would send an email to confirm the cancellation. Never received anything. They just kept the money I had prepaid.

1. One good thing. Their personal starting with the people at reception are friendly and willing to solve the inconveniences found. As well the woman who assist with the light breakfast that is the only included. Not the lunch that Expedia mentions in their information of what is included in the room 2. The room are small and with poor illumination 3. We have difficulties to get hot water in the shower. It was reported and solve. 4. Expedia needs to update its information about the hotel about what is included.

SEGURO Y LIMPIO

El personal para hacer check in fue rápido y eficiente, la limpieza del lugar es muy buena , tiene muebles viejos pero igual los tienen limpios. Hay un letrero que dice “respete el sueño de los demás”pero igual desde la mañana el personal de limpieza se habla bastante fuerte y se escucha todo no dejan dormir, ademas que tiene mucho eco el hotel. La ubicación es buena , tiene salidas rápidas a cualquier zona de la ciudad de Aguas, tiene estacionamiento el hotel y se siente seguro el lugar.
