Our stay at Aguada Beach Resort was outstanding. We loved how clean the apartment was when we arrived. We love that the pool was accessible right from our back door. The roof top was also very nice, my family and I had dinner and watched the sunset from up there and it was beautiful. The only suggestion I would have is to get a more comfortable bed, since we did stay 7 nights the bed itself wasn’t the most comfortable. However over all our stay was amazing!

The home was well equipped with anything we may need for a nice beach day! I loved the beach decor/vibe. The pool was nice but could have been a bit cleaner with daily water checks. The last night there the ceiling in the main bedroom was leaking because of rain earlier in the day, we had to sleep in the living room. Overall it was a nice place to stay, right across from the beach with beautiful scenery, I would visit again minus the ceiling leak, things happen!

The property was spotless—truly a 10/10 on cleanliness—and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. I especially want to recognize Mrs. Millie for her outstanding customer service. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect during my stay. Her kindness and professionalism made me feel right at home. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, exceptional hospitality, and immaculate accommodations, I highly recommend Aguada Condos. I will definitely be staying there again.

We stayed for 5 nights and really enjoyed the condo overall. We liked the location and thought the host and manager had very good communication; everything was as described. However, the property trash cans didn't have lids and the strong odor was offensive, we found dirty/used underwear in the couch, some dishes were dirty, and the shower was sandy.

The view from the rooftop to watch the sunsets was perfection. The condo has a full kitchen, bathroom with shower and a swimming pool. There are two rooms with queen size beds. The parking is right in front of the front door and is gated so you feel quite secure. They provide bath towels and beach towels. There is also a gas grill. AC in each room and it circulates very cold air. The location is so convenient to all the beaches and the waterfalls. My partner and I stayed 4 nights and we would go again hands down.

Two friends and I stayed at this delightful homey condo for four days. We loved it! Couldn’t ask for better accommodations. There was nothing more we couid have asked for right down to the friendly neighbors next door. Access to the beach and beautiful views of the water were outstanding. Definitely would book again.

I have to say I was a little nervous when I was booking, I did not know the area and when I reached out to someone for instruction she was not in PR she was I believe in California, and came off short, however them I got there and although the instructions emailed to me could have been a little more detailed I figured it out. The place was clean and offered cleaned towels and the kitchen was fully stocked with items needed to cook if needed, I also met the Millie who took care of the premises and she went above and beyond our expectations, she even took us to the grocery store since we did decide not to rent a vehicle she made our stay so memorable that we are already planning our next trip and now feel we are part of the Aguada Beach Condos. Millie thank you so much for watching over us and helping us navigate and stay there. We are forever grateful. If you are looking for a home away from home, look no further than plenty of things to do close by and if you don't have a vehicle there is Uber. I would give this place a 10 out of ten FYI make sure to go to the Panaderia de Gabriela they will not disappoint.

We loved everything about this place! Amazing sunsets. We had the middle condo of the triplex. The pool in the back was great nobody was staying in the other units so we had the whole place to ourselves. I also left my Kelsey box and they were so nice and kind to mail it back to me.
